Most people only leave a review if they have a bad experience and no company is perfect everyday, so wanted to leave a review. My home warranty company chose this business because my heat wasn't working. They were very timely with their response and scheduling the appointment. When they got to my house they were very friendly to my intrusive 3 yr old son and were welcoming of my dogs as well. The best part, is that they fixed my heat after some troubleshooting and now we will have heat tonight.

I didn't choose this company, my homework warranty did. They came out to look at a minor issue that I was having with my AC only to give me a major issue. Needless to say my AC is no longer working at all. My house is almost 90 degrees and I have to get a hotel so that I don't expose my 2 year old toddler to the heat. I have been calling and leaving a message for the past two days with no response whatsoever. This is unprofessional and ill responsible on this company. I will not be advising anyone to use them.

If I could give these guys a negative star I would. We have been dealing with them for over a month now and our AC still isn’t fixed. First we waited weeks for a part to come in (understandably not their fault) only to find out they misdiagnosed the problem to begin with and now we are again waiting on another part to come in. I understand that this company is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for a part to get here but they drop the ball even on the most basic level. They failed to write down the model number on our AC unit so our home warranty company couldn’t order the part in a timely fashion. Their follow up is non-existent. They frequently responded with, “oh maybe it will be in on Tuesday and uh if not we will call you”. Tuesday came and went with no status on update from the company. Messages were left and still no response from them. This happened on multiple occasions. When I spoke with the owner, Kevin, about this issue his response was “this is just how we do things”. In addition to their lack of response and professionalism, they didn’t wear shoe covers while in our home and tracked rust throughout our home and on our brand new carpet. This has been an absolute nightmare working with this company and our AC still isn’t fixed. I would not recommend them.

Long story short, my home warranty company chose this company. Kevin came out, told me my freon was low and even after I tried explained to him that the freon my system uses was different, hard to find, expensive etc. He told me that the freon he was putting in was compatible with my system, no worries. Well it wasn't compatible and now I have to get a whole new AC system because the freon he used doesn't work. He's the professional not me, but I guess no one listens to a woman about the home she has lived in for 12 years!! I'm not stupid!!

What an Awesome company! It was the beginning of the Summer AC Season and they were backed up about 3 days on appointments but my tenant has a health issue and they worked her in the next day! Prompt and on time! Thank you and I would use you all again!!

Showed up on the day before scheduled day appointment, Was really surprised he showed up with no mask during a pandemic,even after face mask were mandated. It did make me uncomfortable, I’m pregnant and have a 4 year old.
