On Time Heating & Air Conditioning

We just closed on our new house and discovered our AC was shot. Our repair required a home warranty approval, finding a diffuser to locate part, and several trips out to western branch. Wayne and Sean communicated every step and accurate timelines for the repair. They worked seamlessly with our home warranty company to get the claim approved 100%. The day the part came in, they came to install the same day and stayed late until it was finished. They are professional, honest, considerate, dedicated and skilled. I am going to sign up for their monthly maintenance program and use them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future. I have already recommended them to several folks.

They completed a diagnostic, found a bad capacitor and replaced it in a timely fashion, but the amount they charged for the part was exorbitant, like 10x their cost. I feel like they take advantage of the situation.

Technician is excellent in explaining the procedure that’s need to be done. He cleaned it and applied chemical to remove rust and other dirts that hindered or obstructed the unit to perform efficiently.
