Great family business that is operated with integrity and honesty. Mike was recommended by a friend a few years ago and was very fair with market value and provided exceptional service when replacing one of our units. We called Mike when our rental property needed a unit replaced and that job was also perfect. The tenant didn't work the thermostat properly and Mike made two additional visits at no cost to assure all was good (during busy season). A few days ago, our 2nd unit from 1995 needed to be replaced. This is when I met Jim (Mike's son) who is awesome! Great guy and like his father, is very courteous, thorough and HONEST. He showed me exactly what his gauges were reading and patiently explained in full detail what the job would entail. Once again...very fair pricing and superior service. (My uncle is in the same business but out of state and confirmed pricing to be fair) Mike also installed a Nest with no additional cost and didn't charge me extra for using a credit card (Marriott points :-)). I will ONLY use and recommend Mike's Air Treatment for all HVAC needs. Keep up the great work and I'm confident that the remarkable reputation will last for decades to come in the DMV with Jim's contribution to excellence.

Mike and Jim were both very responsive and gave me a fair quote for the water heater emergency I had. From the initial diagnosis to the installation to aftercare, these guys have been here every step of the way. I greatly appreciate their sense of urgency and can't thank them enough for restoring both heat and hot water to my home before the cold weather kicks back in.

Enjoyed working with Jim (the tech). He researched then explained our best options in a straightforward manner then led the installation of our new AC system. These guys are hardworking and smart! Compared with the many other contractors I've worked with over the years this experience has been the best. Other contractors may have bigger marketing budgets but, for us, what matters is a high quality installation at a fair price. That's exactly what Jim delivered and we're greatly appreciative of the outcome.

We need a new AC/Furnace replacement. Mike came by and took his time to explain and answered all of our questions and concerns. He gave us a quote and scheduled the installation date. Mike and his team helped us order and install a new AC unit and furnace. It took them about 4 hours to get everything done. We are happy with his price and service, and would highly recommend him.

Mike did a great job, he's extremely busy and I needed service for a secondary space, so I needed to wait while folks with real emergencies got taken care of. Which in my opinion is the way it should be, so not a problem. He was knowledgable, professional, and did a great job, very efficiently. His phone rang 5 times in 30 minutes, so if it's summer be patient he's busy, and if he's talking on the phone he's not working.

I wish I could rate no stars. Service is horrible. I scheduled a/c check up on Thursday . No call , no show. I called and rescheduled for Friday 6:30. the guy came at 5:30. I rescheduled for Monday. No show. Called him, he had no clue that he needed to be somewhere. Don't use this service. Don't waste your time even calling .

Called for an emergency leak ..Mike was there the same day ..great service woukd highly recommend
