HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited replaced our ancient chilled/hot water fan coil unit and its piping, thermostat, etc. in our condominium unit. The installers showed up on time, were professional, courteous, tidy and very efficient, they also respected proper social distancing and masking guidelines. They completed their work within their allotted time and walked us through the new equipment and the manuals. The equipment and its related piping and cables were arranged in a neat and orderly fashion. I would happily use this company again.

AC technician Joe Martin came by today and readjusted and dialed-in our AC that was installed last year. He and service manager Steve are knowledgeable, skilled, methodical, and most importantly they are willing to listen to their customers and provide real technical solutions. They are true professionalI and courteous. Originally, last year I worked with Dylan, Install Manager, to verify size our AC unit. Dylan did load calculations and upsized AC unit, but he didn’t stop there. After the unit was installed because new technology, humidity conditions inside the home went up, he listened to my feedback, and made adjustments last August to reduce air flow rate which made indoor conditions better. I observed how AC and furnace performed over the season and gave Dylan again feedback, he again listen and stood by his product and adjusted the system (dialed-in air flow rate). This is truly a well run company, the leadership know what they are doing…when you give them your business, you are just not buying an installation service, you are buying a peace of mind, top down great company. Please keep it up, you are an example of how rest of the world should perform!!!

I’ve been using HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited to keep my 20-year-unit running for as long as possible. They don’t hard-sell replacement, and if a part needs replacing, I feel they explain why very well. I think they are an honest company, and I trust them. Thei technicians are consistently prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend this company.

Philip Taylor was our technician. He provided a time estimate of when he’d arrive, was very professional, and helped step me through the process to use our two new WiFi thermostats. Everything works great!

My technician, Randy, was punctual and was able to independently work on my HVAC inspection. As a landlord who couldn’t be there in person, this was helpful. I’m addition, Randy diagnosed the situation and was able to provide a remedy for it during his visit. He was very professional.

The HVAC Unlimited team, led by Diallo, arrived on time, did the pre-work until the condo management office opened and were the first team to using the facility loading dock. They got in and out of the loading dock area quickly and focused their efforts on completing the new HVAC unit installation which was done with no issues.

They gave me a good tutorial on the unit and the thermostat.

Of special note was the level of professionalism and cleanliness of the team: Diallo and Lou are great representatives of HVAC United!

Don’t ever use their plumbing service. They are too expensive $377 to unclog a drain. we had a leak and the HVAC technician was very responsive thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them for HVAC service, but not plumbing service.

Joe was REALLY helpful in diagnosing and repairing I had with my A/C soon after installation for no charge. Also helped with providing info regarding maintenance for cleaning the trap pan (?). HVAC is really helpful in providing service when needed with a positive, friendly demeanor! Thanks tons! :-D

Lewis and his partner were professional, respected our home, the new Carrier AC works great. They left our AC area spotless. Wonderful job!

HVAC Unlimited responded immediately to a problem with the A/C unit. Everyone that we deal with at the company is courteous, helpful and friendly. Philip did an excellent job in diagnosing and correcting the problem. We are very pleased with the service.
