I recently had the pleasure of working with a David Brown, HVAC technician, to service my air conditioning system, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment he arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly assessed the issue, explaining the problem in a clear and understandable manner. David’s attention to detail was impressive, as they meticulously inspected every component of the system to ensure nothing was overlooked. His work was efficient and effective, as he noted the necessary repairs of faulty parts and scheduled a new appointment for the restoration of my AC to optimal functionality. Overall, I highly recommend David and Nice company as a whole, for their exceptional skills, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nice was very easy and enjoyable to work with. I really appreciated that they call ahead of arrival and give you a link to see where the technician is en route as opposed to giving a huge timeframe where you have to wait for arrival. They also text a photo of the technician, which I felt was a great security measure.

Josh was our technician and he was excellent. From his moment of arrival, he was friendly, thoughtful, and skilled. He quickly performed the work without any problem.

Nice also offers a military discount which we greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as needed.

Such great service! Josh has been our technician a few times, most recently on Saturday when our AC went out. He's great about calling ahead to let me know when he'll arrive, and always professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the AC and had it fixed in a few minutes. Much appreciated!

I've had another company servicing my unit since they unstalled in in 2016. I was continually getting error codes and they that they kept saying was because this expensive unit was finicky. My system just didn't seem to be operating at full capacity despite regular service. Tried Nice today and they were able to send someone out today that addressed all the errors and i can already feel a difference. Wish i had switched years ago. Knowledgeable technician as well as courteous. I am very grateful to become a new customer.

From beginning to end this company was very professional. The service was great and my technician Rolando was awesome. They were honest. They were also able to take me on the same day that I made the call about my AC not working. Definitely recommend and will be using them again. Top tier service!

I’ve requested a maintenance service couple of times and always asked customer service to make Rolando available. His knowledge and problem solving skills really impressive. Also, I request to get an estimate recently. Matthew came over and did a great job! I definitely recommend these people if you have any issue in your HVAC system.

My AC went out. I contacted nice heating and air and made a same day appointment. They called and were able to come early. Fredy Trinidad was the service tech. He was professional. He explained my options and proceeded with the repair. I have been very pleased with the results!"🙏

Today I had my gas fireplace repaired and cleaned. My technician Michael called to let me know he was on the way, he arrived on time and was very pleasant. He did a great job quickly repairing and then cleaning my three-sided fireplace. Nice is my go to company for maintaining my gas fireplaces.

After consideration and your excellent customer service, I decided to invest in a new HVAC and water heater with Nice Heating & Air, and they are scheduled to install it next week. I have already signed up with the membership previously, and I believe there will be much peace of mind with the membership plan and warranties offered. This is the first time we have used Nice heating and air conditioning, and I cannot say enough good about them! Denis, our technician, came out and gave a complete assessment of our two (very) old gas fireplaces. Because we are selling our house we needed to get quite a bit of work done on them to make them completely operable. Nice's quote was fair, and their service was top-notch! Technicians came out before the week was over with all the needed parts and they completed both fireplaces in short time. Later that week, I was a bit concerned that there might be some gas leaking and contacted Nice again. They immediately sent Denis back out and he retested the fireplaces. There was nothing wrong, but now I have peace of mind! Were we not moving out of state, I would definitely have stayed with them for annual fireplace cleaning and service.
