Purchased a new until from Hilton 4 years ago. The Carrier unit stopped blowing cold last night. I can not get an appointment for 5 days. I understand it’s a holiday weekend, but apparently they don’t work if there is any rain outside either. So even though there is a 4 hour clearing of the rain today they let all of their technicians off because of the rain. So they are doing absolutely no appointments Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I have pets and a toddler and Monday it’s supposed to be 91 degrees.

We lost our heat on a night that it was supposed to get down to 29 degrees. Even though Richard wasn't able to come out until the next morning, he was here promptly at the time he said he would be. He fixed our issue immediately and then I got a follow up call from Shawn stating that they had proactively ordered the part that we were going to need to replace eventually so that when our heat went out again, they would be able to fix it ASAP and not make us wait. It is this quality of customer service that I wish more companies had! I would (and have) highly recommend them. Thanks so much!

after calling this company to look at our AC in our rental property we were ging to use them but we chased them for over two weeks trying to get a date where the AC could and would be fixed for our tenants; they finally contacted us by email stating the supervisor was never in the office and could not pin him down but that they had a tentative date to which they might be able to do the work.. ( mind you our tenats had been with out AC for over a month in Virginia heat and humidity). when we went to another company we contacted them to inform them we were going with someone else aned the lady who answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on my husband. I will not say do not use them..... just be cautious and be aware that if you need prompt service, it isnt going to happen with them!
