I had the best experience with Riverside after dealing with some not so great experiences from some other local companies. As an out of state landlord, one of my tenants recently had their air conditioner break down and I decided to give Riverside a try, and I was absolutely floored with how sweet and personable the office staff was, how quickly they were able to set up a convenient appointment time for my tenant, I was told the technician was polite and professional and tidy, and I ended up paying a LOT less than I was with other companies. Needless to say, Riverside and their staff have my business for life if they keep their high standards for customer service!

I made an appointment last week for Friday. On Friday, Jacob called a few hours before and said he wasn't going to make it so we rescheduled for Monday, which was totally fine - I understand things come up. On Monday morning, he never showed up and never called. I called him and we rescheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday he again didn't show up and didn't call or anything. After my husband called him, they tried to reschedule again for the 4th time and we just told them we are going to go with a different company. So I have now taken off work 3 separate times and still not had them ever show up. Just disappointed they aren't more reliable and more considerate of their customer's time.

For full disclosure, Andy Anderson who also owns and runs Riverside Air Conditioning and Heating is a friend. Andy and I however, had zero contact when I chose Riverside to purchase and install two air conditioning and heating systems for my home. I can say with complete confidence that the great deal, service, and the VIP treatment provided by Riverside is what every customer receives and how everyone is treated. Riverside truly made it easy for me. Bringing together well-organized and efficient teams to install only top-shelf A/C and heating systems on schedule, Riverside delivered excellent results. Riverside Heating and AC company has been taking care of our devices for many years. When last summer was so hot and our AC was working overtime, the tech. Daniel came out to help us out. We now have all new AC/Heat units with new ductwork installed and Riverside was wonderful, quick and efficient. Staff was great! One item much appreciated is the customer service provided by them, especially Daniel. He is so personable, answers all questions and great asset to the company.

We have used Riverside several times over the years and they have been by far the best!! Initially, we worked with them through our home warranty company (which is always a PAIN) and they really pushed them to approve to get everything fixed that needed to be replaced. This was after three years of dealing with HVAC issues and going through several different companies. Riverside helped us FINALLY get all in working order. We just recently had them come back out for a clogged drain that caused a leak with our air handler. They came out the same day I called and resolved the issue. They are always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

MFS ARE CONS!!! Can’t believe you treat old ladies the way you do! Charged my grandma 800$,after she repeated telling your ac repair guy the ducting was rusting out after her tellin you mfs the 3rd time and charge your guy crawls under the house and saw what she was saying wanted to charge thousands more!! Con artists!!!! DONT HIRE THEM THRY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME TO KEEP BILLING YOU ! Yo charging the elder is sick!

One of our family members' rental properties lost heat in the middle of winter. Only going to be a high of 28° that evening. Tylor’s crew went right over to help! They had heat that night! Would completely recommend them to everyone!

Had a great service call with Matthew. Very nice young man.
Have a home warranty, only wish I would have known that they wouldn't replace my programmable thermostat. I would have bought one and had Riverside install it instead of a basic one. Now the only way to get my programmable back is to pay for another service call.

Poor customer service . I paid almost $500 on June 9th to have my ac unit repaired and now today the same part is not working. I called and was advised that it would be 65 for them to come out and check the unit. The tech advisor laughed and said oh sorry well you are over your 30 days. What company does that??? Poor service and I will not recommend this company to anyone else. The same part you supposedly fixed is not working again...wow Really
