Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a system installed 3 years ago by Air Specialty. It's been nothing but problematic. This has been the fault of the manufacturer though, not Air Specialty. I've had a couple of faulty coils replaced, and most recently a piece of older equipment in the system that wasn't replaced during the original install. Through this, they've been responsive, helpful and professional in sorting out everything that's been going on with the system.

The original installation was done in a timely fashion, the work was neat and they left nothing behind that they brought with them. In the past with other houses/systems I've gone into my attic only to find trash the installer left behind in their haste to get the job done. Not the case with Air Specialty.

I'd particularly like to mention Dan Hibbert, one of the technicians that have been working to troubleshoot our systems issues. He's usually on the early side of the time window given, always wears those little booties on his shoes going from in and out of the house so as not to track dirt in, and as expected, leaves a clean work area when he's done. He's knowledgeable and friendly, and always take the time to communicate what he's doing during his visit or remedies needed on another date. Often times he even finishes what he's doing ahead of the time he projects when he gets here.

The office is very responsive as well, even reaching out when a sooner appointment may be available to take care of our service needs. Joy is a pleasure to talk to.

Air Specialty were amazing from the time I contacted them to the time our technician left. The level of customer service was incredible! I received a text and a call 30 minutes before our technician arrived and the text had a picture of Dan our technician and some information about him. Dan figured out what the problem with our AC was right away and fixed it! I can’t say enough great things about Dan and Air Specialty!

They did an awesome job installing our air and heating system. Dan comes out twice a year for a check up. One thing I will tell you is if the filter needs to be changed, order them on Amazon. It's much cheaper.

I recently moved back to the area and realized my A/C was not working just in time for the hottest days of the year! Air Specialty is the ONLY company I trust! Not only did they fit me into an already busy schedule, my technician Chandler’s quick thinking and expert knowledge saved me from having to replace a fan motor on the brink of being fried by a blown capacitor. I am eternally grateful!

Chandler was friendly, prompt and very informative. He even spent extra time to assist me with setting up the thermostat wifi. I would highly recommend Air Specialty Heating & Air for any services they offer. I had a new system installed 2 years ago and we have been very satisfied.

Dan was professional at all times. Cleaned and maintained our HVAC unit. Also, at my request took on another unit in our family room and added an additional cost to our bill while supporting the growth of your company. Absolutely professional technician.

Josh was the absolute best. Very up front and honest about the issues with our furnace and costs. He even took the time to check in with me daily on the status of parts ordered AND he only took two hours compared to previous quotes of 4 hours and much more knowledgable.
