These guys came in on time and finished the job quick. That's about the nicest thing I can say about them because the work they did was shoddy and they didn't clean up after themselves.

First off, they left after "completing" the job of installing a utility sink. When I went into the crawl space to check their work, I noticed they'd left all the trash and wood shavings from the work they did. Also, they had to lower some insulation to access the pipe throughpoint and they didn't even put the insulation back. About a foot of it was soaking wet. I will say that when I called to have them come back and clean up, they had the technicians come out the same day to take care of it, which was nice. They even replaced the bit of insulation that was wet, although that was somewhat begrudgingly agreed to.

Second, and much more of an issue than just cleaning up after themselves, is the work they did didn't even last the day. By 8pm that night the drain pipe connection broke which leads me to question the quality of the rest of the work they did.

Can't believe I paid $1,356 to deal with this headache. I just hope they come fix this soon, because I've got other things to deal with besides worrying about something that should've been done right the first time.

Michael W. was terrific! Knowledgeable and articulate in explaining possible causes for my problem and offering solutions. Very respectful and took the time necessary to ensure that I understood the options available to me. Should I have additional problems with my 16-year old tankless water heater, I’ll call Bradley and ask for Michael!

We have been using Bradley Mechanical for several years. We have always been happy with their service, from scheduling to billing to technician. The quality of work has always been excellent.
We have used them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. All services have been outstanding.
They are expensive! There are definitely more affordable alternatives out there. If you are on a budget, then Bradley may not be for you. If you want it done right, then Bradley IS for you.

We've (wife and I) have been working with Bradley Mechanical in a number of areas (more than what I selected here) for a few months now. New house and there's been lots of things needing doing. They have been consistently stellar on all levels. Kind, knowledgeable, good at their work, patient, ethical, massive amount of professional integrity, capable, and just generally all around above and beyond high quality. Sometimes you might blink at the cost in comparison to how quickly they can get things done but remember, you're paying for this level of excellence and this level of knowledge. They do amazing work and are more than worth it. Hell, I only wish they covered MORE things than they already do! We'd use them for _everything_ we need done, if we could. Even the office staff are every bit as stellar as the on site folks! A++ HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

I Needed a Rinnai 2532 Tankless water heater (circa March 2004) replaced (It's Leaking). .
Most of Bradley's competitors(I contacted ten of them) wanted to charge me between $75 and $150 just to provide me with quotes for lesser or older units than I desired. The ones who did not charge for the quotes wanted between $2,222 and $3,334 to install lesser or older units I did not want .
I wanted either a Rinnai RSC 160IN, or a Rinnai RSC 199IN. Since I had a Rinnai that needed to be replaced, and the infrastructure ( gas line ,electronics, plumbing, etc were already in place, and just some retro-fitting should be needed I did not believe that the install should be much more than it was initially ($1200) in 2004).
$2222 to $3334 sounded insane to install units that cost less than that! Bradley Mechanical provided me with a free quote, and the Rinnai RSC199IN and it's install were less than just the install cost quoted by most of the others.
Bradley's quote was accepted12-20-22 3:30 PM. My new Tankless water heater was installed today, 12-21-22, in 2 hours. Am I estatic? Yes!!! For 2 hours work Bradley's competitors were going to charge me between $1111 and $1667 per hour. I cannot recommend Bradley Mechanical highly enough! They were HONEST, professional, competent, and Reasonably Priced. They were a little late arriving, but I'm not complaining about that now.

I am a brand new customer. I was under contract with another service provider and found out, the hard way - boiler issue, they were no longer in business, but had merged with an unknown service company and never bothered to notify their customers! I placed a call with Bradley Mechanical and it was professionally handled - immediately. I was scheduled right aware and kept abreast of the scheduled service visit. The Technician arrived on time, as promised and was very thorough in explaining what needed to happen to get our boiler up and running again! Thank you, so much, Bradley Mechanical and Frank!

when I had a tankless water heater replaced the technicians seemed to have some difficulty in the install and due to twisting of the copper gas line they created a crack in the valve connection that leaked gas into my crawl space and then into my house. They did not check any connections in the crawl space and it took quite some time for anyone at the emergency number to return my calls. It has been over a week since their plumber replaced the connection and no one from the company has bothered to follow up with me.

Response time from initial inquiry was outstanding. Turn around time for repair was equally impressive. They verified the warranty on the parts, even though they did not install the system. Made my life easier. System is back in working order at a very fair price. I will definitely recommend Bradley Mechanical to my family, friends, co-workers and associates.

Bradley mechanical made the entire process of replacing our water heater, easy and comfortable. We add a master plumber, come out, assess the project and give us an estimate. We were able to approve the estimate electronically via our email. Upon approval, Bradley mechanical, contacted us and set up an appointment date, which was just two days later. The day of the installation the technicians called us ahead of time to let us know they were on route, and what time they will be here. The two gentlemen, who did the work were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They went over everything with us and explained the new system, and how to perform needed maintenance on it. The company was great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate about using them again in the future for plumbing issues but to be honest, hope I never have to.

The electrician that did the work at my house was very knowledgeable, pointed out some things inside my panel box needing immediate attention. Follow up appointment is necessary to fix.
