HVAC Specialist of Va. have serviced our HVAC system both service calls and maintenance but this visit was to install a water heater. Mark and Austin arrived promptly at our arranged time, installed water heater with additional requested upgrades to fittings,valves and tubing. They kept me updated on the progress and when finished, did a fantastic job of cleaning their work area. I was impressed with the job they did and feel they did it at a reasonable price.

Just so grateful for your quick response and thorough inspection of our third level furnace yesterday- we slept in cool comfort last night, which was a huge blessing in this 80 degree weather! Even though it was a simple fix, you put my mind at ease by inspecting the unit to make sure it wasn’t something more serious. Thank you for being so dependable and trustworthy. I’m always confident you are honest in your work, going the extra mile, like you are part of my family making sure I am well taken care of. That means so much! Mark and his son replaced my aging HVAC system with a new Bryant 2.5 ton heat pump. From start to finish I couldn’t be more pleased. Their knowledge and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. We are very please with the new system. They came and evaluated the problems with the upstairs vents not getting proper airflow. They added new duct work to increase flow along with the new HVAC system itself. They were on time and very professional to work with. I highly recommend this company for an affordable HVAC solution. They also made sure we knew about the government tax incentives and provided a system that met the requirements for the tax credit.

This was my daughters and my first experience with HVAC Specialists Of Virginia. My first impression was very very professional people. I was super impressed. They were recommended by my service contract company. Mark was the technician that stopped by along with another gentleman. Both were pleasant and very professional. They diagnosed the problem Immediately which was a bad blower motor. Mark answered all my daughters and my questions. The repair has not been done as of yet because my warranty company has to approve it and the motor needs to be ordered. I will follow up with second review after repairs are completed. So far five stars go to this company and to Mark!!!! Follow up to review. Received a call from Susie letting us know that the blower motor was ordered and eta is for Friday. Great communication!!! Exceptional customer service!! Received a call from their office to let us know that the motor was in for the unit and they would be out on Thursday at 9:30 to finish the repair. Mark was here at 9:29 AM completed the repair I could not be more happy with HVAC, Specialists Fredericksburg, they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to anybody needing any air conditioning/heating work in the area. Thank you very much. I really do appreciate your hard work, your professionalism and your kindness!!!!

Mark was very respectful of our appointment time. They provided great information and timely updates.
