Bo Clayton and his crew did an excellent job installing our new heating system. They did such a great job helping us design a heating and AC system for our upstairs. They are always prompt in returning our calls and appointments for installation. Great family oriented company and highly recommended.

We lived in a 100 year old house ac/heat system was 40 + years old .
Clayton was who we used for 17 years , very reasonable rates . We had various parts replaced that failed over the years , service techs were always prompt ! Only one we will use now in new place when issues arise

Great company. Honest, reliable, and won't overcharge like Lin Jarrett does. The technician was wonderful about discussing the air conditioning system and diagnosed and fixed our problem right away. I will definitely use this company in the future. Good technicians, excellent rates!!!

Clayton is a great company to deal with at anytime, but especially when you have a problem. They are always friendly and understanding of the need to get the heat or air fixed. They arrive as quickly as possible and get the issue resolved. Highly recommend this company. LeAnn and Roy Binger.

March 2020 I woke up to no hot water. One phone call upon opening and Clayton Rep Donna stated they could install a new hot water heater same day before I got off work at a reasonable quoted amount. BOOM! Sho’nuf, I arrived home and Clayton Techs we’re finishing up. Three informative techs explained the issues and mopped up the floor. You can’t get any better than that.

They are awesome been with them every since I moved to Petersburg 20 years ago. Never have a problem they couldn't or wouldn't rectify.

They told me he was on vacation. Couldn't set up a appointment for a bid because he doesn't work that way. He calls when he is on the way but he didn't even do that. Bad customer service.

Installed whole unit in 1 day or less friendly folks I would definitely recommend if you need AC work
