We had our oil unit replaced with a new hvac system. They did an amazing job. The new system works perfect! The guys that came out were helpful and explained everything so we would know what they were doing and how this system works verses the antique system they replaced. They removed the old unit and cleaned up any mess they made. They were pleasant, well mannered, and very efficient as fast. I would definitely recommend them and we will continue to use them for maintenance.

I had a great experience with Armstrong. They were very responsive while we were researching air handlers/install. The installation was smooth and the air handler has been working perfectly for over four years. The pricing was also reasonable. We have also had them out to do preventive maintenance and that was a good experience.

I have been an Armstrong customer for a decade, and have always found them punctual and a pleasure to deal with. This month, in a bad heat wave, the old AC system died, and they replaced it. It took longer than it otherwise might because a crane was required to raise the new system to the roof (and remove the old system), so had to be scheduled. But the work was done when promised, cheerfully (despite 100 degree temps). They left a clean workspace, and Daniel Armstrong himself returned the following day to insure it was functioning well. I recommend them highly.
