We lucked out that the previous owner of our home used NW Comfort Systems to install a new furnace in 2017. Rhian was not only on time and very professional, he also took the time to explain why the part in our furnace failed to avoid future issue. I learned more about our furnace in the hour he was here than I had in my whole life! Great price and we felt very well taken care of by this company. We will never go anywhere else!

NW Comfort Systems installed a new furnace, new thermostat, re-piped the gas line to bring it into code and repaired/replaced the furnace and water heater vents all in one day. The work is beautiful and now the house is up to code. They also taught me how to get the most out of my new system. Now the house is toasty warm and I am one satisfied customer.

NW Comfort was great! They installed a new heat pump system and even though there was a manufacturers defect they immediately found another unit, came back a couple of days later, replaced it, ran full systems checks, and we're good to go with no problems.
