HC Heating & Cooling

Had our heating/cooling system checked out for its annual maintenance. Alex, our technician, arrived in the scheduled time window with a text heads up that he was on his way. He has been here before (I love the consistency). On a previous visit for a problem he correctly diagnosed it as a problem in the electrical panel, and showed us where things were shorting out. As a result we were able to get the electrician out quickly with the correct part. Excellent communications, and very pleasant interaction.

Alex Reasons is a professional. He expertly diagnosed problems with my (admittedly) old heat pump system, recommended a quality replacement and offered attractive financing. HC Heating and Cooling, formerly Hood Canal Heating and Cooling, has always provided terrific service by trained technicians. Highly recommended.

Service team caused damages that will now cost more money to fix. The management is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take any sort of pride in the work.

When I contacted management to discuss the concerns of the damages, they refused to return my call and only sent emails that avoided any responsibility. They would not even provide a name of management.

Not recommend

My heat pump was being quite wonky and the warm air wasn't coming out (this was about a month ago before the heat wave came in!) and I called this new company on the island to get some service on it. The service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I have been and will continue to recommend their services to friends and family.

Alex, the tech, texted to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he introduced himself, told us what he would be doing and all in a very pleasant manner. He was thorough, polite and informative. We look forward to seeing him in 6 months!

Ken was very nice and very fast. We need it to be hot to see if it is fixed so he is coming back on a hot day and did not charge me for his time today. That was very nice and unexpected. Thank u!

Called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and was told each time someone would call me back. I never got a call back!!! This makes me very sad because we just had them install a AC unit over the summer and the technician was great.

The rep who came quickly identified the issue we were having and provided a common sense, cost effective solution. We appreciate their customer focus approach.

Ken is great. After a botched installation he came in and corrected all the problems. Request him for your installation. Dont know if I'd trust anyone else.

The visit was very goog. The technician was very good. My problem now is, you have not came back, or called with the part you were to order. Pls call with an appointment.
