We have a 23-year-old heat pump and we figured it needed to be replaced. Brian came out to give us an estimate on a new one but he let us know that there are still parts available for our current one and it can be repaired if needed. We really appreciate his honesty and if we do have problems with our heating system we are calling Economy Air Systems!

Couldn't be happier with the services provided by Economy Air Systems, Inc.!!!!!! When asked to give us a quote for removing our existing 40+ year old electric forced air furnace and replacing it with a new unit and a heat pump with A/C, Brian was able to schedule an appointment to come look at what we had within days. He was very professional and answered all our questions and within a day provided us with an estimate that was half the price of 5 of the competitors in this area.

Once we had decided to go with Economy and signed the paperwork we were notified within the week to schedule in install date. WOW! Could not believe it. All the other competitors were saying at least 2-3 months out to schedule an install.

When the installer showed up to install our new unit and went to remove the air handler unit they noticed some damage to bottom of the packaging the surrounded the unit. Upon further examination it was determined that the unit was damaged beyond what any of us were willing to chance. In the mean time the heat pump was set in place and made ready for final install when a new air handler could be obtained. Within a week a new air handler was obtained and quicky scheduled for install. All work was done exceptionally well and we could not be happier. We are just wondering why we waited 30 years to have this done!

Again, I can not be happier with the process that Brian made so easy for us to to get done and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a reasonably priced and highly professional heating and cooling system upgrade.

I can't say enough good things about Economy Air Systems. They show up when promised, work diligently and efficiently. They gave non self-serving advice. They installed a beautiful new high efficiency heating system on time and with a friendly and professional manner. The installer was in and out effortlessly without disrupting the household. He went above and beyond with another service/install request that others had failed to perform. I whole heartedly recommend Economy Air Systems.

These people are great, personable, honest, knowledgeable, clean and timely as promised.
The installer added air conditioning to our existing Bryant gas heating system. It was installed quickly with true expertise. You cannot even tell it was added. He raised the entire indoor system to install the cooling coil, It was a great job done by a very polite and efficient person. We are thrilled.
I have had extensive experience with designing hundreds of tons of specialized Air Conditioning in Hi-Tech commercial buildings and have not had a better experience than this one for my own home. Many Thanks!

These guys are amazing! We had quotes from a few other companies before finding them. Other companies wanted 2-4 thousand more for just an ac install. With Economy we got the ac installed and a new furnace at a lower price from people we felt were trustworthy. Having dealt with some horrendous customer service from the company we were going to go through we were relieved and had both units in within a week. When we started having trouble with the ac this last week (not due to their fault) they made it a priority to get us taken care of before the great June heat wave of 2021. Brian is on top of the game with his communication and he and Harley both provide excellent customer service. It takes a lot for me to be impressed enough to write a review and with that being said, I couldn’t think more highly of these guys. I will absolutely be recommending them. Our AC started blowing warm air on Friday night (07/30/2021). We had been told by a local HVAC company a couple of years ago that our system was failing and needed replacing. We decided to use it until it failed before replacing. We assumed that the time had come and were expecting the worst when we started calling around for someone to do the job. Most places are swamped right now due to the summer heat and the earliest they could get here to just look at it was a week away. I spoke with Brian Monday morning at 9:30. He was here by 11:00. Our AC was blowing cold air again by 11:20. It was just a faulty capacitor. We're very happy with the speed, price and quality of the service we received. When the time comes for replacement, we'll be calling again. Thanks again Brian!

I recently had Economy Air install a new heat pump and air handler in my house and they knocked it out of the park. Brian has been fantastic with taking the time to answer all of my questions and even avoided up-selling me on a system I didn't need simply because it wouldn't be in my best interests. Their installers were quick, knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure that I was 100% satisfied.

All told, these guys have a customer for life. If you need HVAC work done I highly recommend Economy Air Systems

One day before a big party on a hot day, our A/C stopped working. I called Brian at Economy Air Systems because his sticker was on the furnace, which he had installed three years prior, and because of his five star rating on Google. He showed up an hour later and, together we diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. As it turned out, the problem was user error and had already corrected itself and the A/C was working again. He didn't charge for the visit even though I offered to pay. We talked about replacing the unit, and he advised I wait. Economy Air Systems lived up to the name but surpassed it by providing excellent service. I've had so-so experiences with supposedly reputable HVAC companies before, so Brian will absolutely be my first call the next time I need work done, and should be yours.

A few years ago we were out of area during the winter, with pets at home. You guessed it, the furnace stopped working while gone (you gotta love HVAC phone apps!). Brian came to our rescue in a pinch at a reasonable cost, and has been doing well checks on our primary and rental HVAC systems ever since. Other reviewers mentioned he doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need, and I agree, as customers really appreciate. Economy is definitely our go to for HVAC.
