Quartzite Comfort LLC

If I could give a 0 I would! Tech came to look at my 3 way. Told me that someone would get back to me about a part for my motor. It's been 3 weeks! I have sent messages, left messages, NO RESPONSE! I paid the tech $129 for 15 minutes to diagnose the issue and they don't have the professionalism to call me back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Won't return calls provide data on products easily offended if asking for details on pricing. Won't being doing business with them. Looked like a good co till you talked to office people.

Steve and his crew have repaired/replaced several HVAC for our place of business and will definitely call Quartzite for any future heating and or cooling needs. Professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with

Everyone we encountered at Quartzite Comfort was professional, organized, helpful and great to interact with. During the 3.5 day install, they were clean, courteous to my 4 year old, and worked diligently. A small piece of wall needed to be removed so they could work and they did that with great care to not damage any more of the wall or make a mess. They offered a high quality system and they stand behind it. They were a pleasure to have in my home and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their heating and cooling systems.

Update:
We got our brand new Air Conditioner installed in our house in May. We are so thankful, now that it is 88 degrees, to have AC. We are impressed with the Daiken system and its efficiency. We are grateful to have Quartzite Comfort in Chewelah. Thank you to Chris and the others who installed the AC.
We had a great experience with Steve. He spent quality time with us and did not rush. He was very thorough looking at our house to fit AirConditioning. We are happy to do business with Quartzite Comfort.

Quartzite Comfort was one of three businesses we were considering for an AC install into our old farm house. After having them come out and do our quote, it was obvious they were the better choice. During the install, they were on time, efficient, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after each days worth of work, went the extra mile to do things right in a home that was not setup originally for any AC. The price was good and the quality was fantastic. I don’t think we could’ve been any happier. So glad to finally have AC in the house and even happier that we went with Quartzite Comfort. Thank you guys!

Quartzite came and tuned up our furnace. They also addressed an issue with our free standing gas stove. They were careful, cleaned up afterward, and were very friendly. Most importantly, they did an awesome job. They eliminated an annoying noise from the furnace that I thought was just normal. Best of all, our gas stove has stayed on since they were here! We were having to re-light it every couple days. No more! Warm and toasty. Thanks, Quartzite!

Quartzite Comfort was able to get our ducts clean quick and fast! I called lots of duct cleaners none of them would come out to our out of the way house. But Quartzite Comfort went above and beyond!!!

We are quite satisfied with the heat/ac system and the service that we received. I have installed ducted systems when I was much younger and have been in the building trades many years. I can tell a well done installation. this was well done. It is very quiet . there is no return air whistle. The outdoor unit can't be heard inside the house near it.
I chose Quartzite Comfort after getting another quote because I could tell Steve the Owner was a "Straight Up Guy" and I found that true after dealing with him. The quote was reasonable. They were very professional. Kathy and I are quite happy with our purchase. Thanks again.
