Northside Heating & Air Conditioning - Colville, Wa

I called and spoke with Jodi to help with a furnace issue. Our furnace would not come on and I don't know enough about furnaces and needed help. Caleb just came out today and discovered it was just a tripped fuse in the panel, whew, I was hoping is wasn't a major fix. Jodi and Caleb both were very friendly and easy to talk to and helped so much. I explained my husband and I are on fixed incomes and they were willing to work with us on paying. Come to find out that it was a simple switching the fuse back on, Caleb said no charge...yeah!! I will definately be using them for anything I need help with!! I think I'm going to go talk to Jodi about an issue i have with my shower next, but I don't think that's an easy fix lol😊

Mark is my Technician. He really knows heating and A/C.
Mark took 10 minutes to assess the problem Told me he had the part in the van. House was 86* when Mark arrived(1:15) and 72* by evening. He put in a new hot water system 3 years ago.

Mark was able to come out early. He was very nice, professional and efficient. There was no gas leak so he serviced the furnace since we’re selling this house. I will definitely be calling them to install AC in the new house.

The technician came out to complete the furnace cleaning and A/C inspection. My husband and I have medical conditions that require the A/C to work when temps climb. He performed his duties with professionalism while at the same time answering all of my questions about the product and the area. My husband and I have been in the area for less than 6 months.

Wanted aa new furnace asked for a quote, but but no call, same problem I've had with all colville contractors, plumbing, electrical and so on!!hard to shop at home when they don't want your business!!
