Feltons Heating & Cooling

Had them come out last week to do a annual service to my one year old heat pump, the guy was in and out in 10min washed the unit off with the hose and said he checked Freon and elec I didn’t see any of that done. I used the AC for the first time yesterday would not cool under 76 I called and left a message no return call. I called the next day and the woman had a real attitude. I told her never mind I will find another company, I was charged $150, for 10min. And nothing was checked. It’s so hard to find a good company any more. Going to have a friend come over and check Freon most of the time when it doesn’t cool that’s the problem, being a new unit some thing might have not been tightened enough, or shifted. A good service tech would know that.

I had Felton repair my AC. They showed within 15 minutes, fixed it and had me up and running not two hours after I called. The tech was very professional & explained the issue clearly. I really appreciate their punctuality & quick, efficient service. They really got me out of a bind as my house was nearing 90 degrees without my air conditioner. Thank you 🙏

Al was amazing. He was patient (when explaining what he was doing), he was early (with a call first). This is the first time I have ever used an HVAC repair company. Felton's came highly recommended by a long time customer that lives across the street. They now have a customer for life.

Feltons installed an AC unit and new furnace for us. Services were excellent. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Prices were competitive. Brian was very patient and respectful to me in making sure that he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It is always such a pleasure to have Feltons' techs come and service our furnace/AC/gas fireplace. They are courteous, prompt and efficient. On time, fixed the problem on one visit, fair prices. Friendly techs. They worked me in after my a/c went out during heat wave.

I called Al from Feltons Heating and cooling at about 1pm on 07/18/19 and asked if he could come check my furnace. Al and Nick showed up and 40 minutes later I was up and running. The prior company said I needed to replace the entire coil. It wasn't the case. Thank you Feltons for your fast response, your integrity, and your professionalism. I highly reccomend Feltons Heating and Cooling.

Called for a tech to come out and give a quote. I drove to meet them in Longview from the Vancouver area and they no called no show. I called them and they said we decided to not come out and give you a quote. No reason, just said that and hung up! Show common courtesy and at least tell us that you are not coming out well before the appointment. I called back to find out why and they said they don't work with our kind?! What does that mean?
