Amazing technician, poor customer service from the office.

After my condenser went out, Air Masters was one of the first companies to come out to inspect and diagnosis the unit. Not only did I appreciate how quickly they came, but I was also very impressed with the technician, Jeff, and his knowledge. Unfortunately, I needed to replace the air handler and the heat pump. Knowing this area is significantly higher than the national average, the quotes for replacement were high, but not unexpected. I received four quotes from Air Masters ranging from 16K-22K for single speed to variable speed systems. When I asked Air Masters for a simple breakdown of the lowest quote, I was told that is something only the owner could give. When asked if the owner could call or email to discuss a breakdown, the customer service representative replied that the owner is a working owner, and a call could not be guaranteed. It has been two weeks and I have not received a call from anyone from Air Masters. As a consumer spending upwards of 16K to have heat, it is not unreasonable to receive this information and a breakdown of cost is supplied by most professions. I was ready to move forward with payment and installation with Air Masters. However, due to the lack of customer service and communication, Air Masters lost a minimum of 16K from me. I received four other quotes (all of which only gave a range) from other competing companies in the area. Ultimately, I chose Dana’s Heating and Cooling after they kindly and promptly gave me a simple breakdown of cost. Not only did I receive a breakdown quickly, but my unit was installed in less than three days from the time I signed the papers. Air Masters quoted me 3 to 4 months for installation.

Trusted by my family for generations, Air Masters has continued to provide excellent service. We recently had them install a ductless system just in time for the warm weather!

The Air Masters crew from design/sales (Rashad), install coordination/scheduling (Tarsila), and the install professionals including field foreman (Vincent) and install team (Stephen, Lydon, and A.C.) did just a fantastic job at my home over three days installing a Mitisubishi Heat/Air pump and three unit system. Related electric and plumbing tasks were also provided. I would characterize each and every member of the Air Masters' team that worked on my job as highly knowledgeable, professional, expert, effectively communicative, and very hardworking. The system they designed, provided, installed, and explained works flawlessly and was sold at a fair price. I highly recommend Air Masters.

I needed to change from oil heat to electric. Rashad offered available options of HVAC systems with a professionally prepared presentation in a respectful kind manner. Stephen and his installation team were right on time, prepared, and worked diligently to finish the project ahead of schedule. The entire team was professional, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the project. It is obvious that this company takes pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent service to the community.

Just had our furnace serviced , our tech was friendly knowledgeable and communicated the entire process. We bought a package last year or the year before for service, I love how they call and check in and remind us. It feels like VIP personalized service we will continue to use Airmasters and absolutely recommend.

Just moved into a new home and needed someone to service my HVAC system. Unit hadn't been serviced and it was a different kind of system than I was used to. Air Masters answered all my questions before I set up appointment, gave me more information about TRANE system and was able to schedule appointment rather quickly. Tony was great technician. He called earlier in day to confirm appointment. He was very responsive and prompt. Answered all my questions and helped me walk through basics of system. Highly recommend company!

I don't ordinarily post online reviews. My last review was about 2-3 years ago.

Port Orchard recently had 100+ degree weather for a couple of days. Our 2005 Heat pump was finally overwhelmed by the heat and stopped working on a Sunday. It was 90 degrees inside the house. Air Masters had done a maintenance check for us in 2019 so I called them and left a message for a repair appointment. To improve my chances of getting the system repaired I also called two other well-regarded local HVAC companies that Sunday. The other two companies called back on Monday; one was fully booked and had a waiting list and the other one couldn't come out for three weeks.

Theresa at Air Masters called me back on Monday and scheduled an appointment for that Thursday. As hot as it was I was still very grateful that they could come out to see me the same week.

Theresa then called me back on Tuesday and said that their technician, Anthony, was in my area and could see me that day. This was great news and I arranged to meet him at home.

Anthony came over, quickly determined that the capacitor had failed. He had the correct part in his truck and replaced it. He also helped me to understand my heat pump system better and suggested annual maintenance.

I cannot recommend Air Masters more highly. Theresa was helpful, friendly, professional and took the initiative to help me out of a bad situation. Anthony was also helpful, friendly, professional and had the experience to resolve the issue quickly. His service truck was also clean and professional.

This is a terrific company. I'll be setting up an annual service check with Air Masters today.

Air Masters came to my home to troubleshoot a new heat pump install done by another local HVAC company. The heat pump had never worked properly. The other company was nonresponsive so I called Air Masters. I scheduled a repair appointment and I was impressed with their professionalism, and ability to quickly diagnose the mistakes made during the original installation. Very happy and I will use Air Masters for my annual maintenance and anything related to HVAC. Thank you!!

On 12-23-2021 my wife and I woke up to our furnace not working. I called around to several places and they were not going to be able to get out to help before the beginning of next year.

Upon contacting air masters heating and cooling in Port Orchard they were able to schedule us that day. They were scheduled to come out in the afternoon but called a short time later and advised a morning appointment had been canceled and that they could fit us in right away.

The technician that showed up was Anthony and he was absolutely the most professional person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and the workings of our furnace.

While he was fixing it I asked him about doing a PM maintenance on it. He called his office and found out that he had time to do it and after he completed the repair he did the PM. Mu wife and I were extremely happy given the fact within the next few days we were going to be reaching daytime temperatures of only 30°F.

Everyone we spoke to in the office and Anthony were all professional and extremely polite. They will be our go to company to do anything with our furnace.
