I had a hard time getting them to come at first. When I did finaly get get them to come they did you work for the first few jobs. One big job was done wrong and they where to busy to come back and I had to get another plumber .

Excellent service! They were incredibly responsive and reliable when my furnace needed repair. Will definitely follow up with any other service/repair needs!

This is a review for Air Anderson AC installation:

We did a lot of research, and got multiple bids over several years before deciding to get central air installed for our home. We are very particular when we make purchase like this, looking for a good balance of price, quality and service. By the time Air Anderson came out to do an analysis and make a bid, we had already received bids from 7-8 other companies, so we knew what a good offer would look like. When Mark went through the process with us, I could tell immediately he grasped exactly what we were looking for – that we weren’t interested in being marketed a bunch of upsells that we really didn’t need. He was direct, succinct, knowledgeable and competent. We were further stunned when his bid came in well under the nearest competitor. The Daikin AC unit has as good or better warranty as the other brands, which was not surprising after finding out they are the leading AC company in the world with over 76,000 employees in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and multiple other regions.

The install was even cleaner and more competent than we expected, and we tend to look at even the smallest details like, was the conduit run level, was placement and retrofitting optimal, were holes sealed for rodent-proofing and weather-proofing, etc.

The unit itself is quiet, especially compared to a quality unit we ran in a hot-weather state for many years. Mark was careful to explain realistic expectations for air flow and operation based on the limitations of our retrofit, and he was exactly right based on the outcome. So far, the AC has worked very well too cool the house, and the Daikin appears to be both robust and quiet, while generating plenty of cool air to keep us comfortable even on hot days. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Mark and Air Anderson to friends and family.

The owner took forever to get out to me and when time came for my new heater he damaged my walls and gouged my floor with the heater

I needed a new part for my Heat pump on a Friday afternoon. After calling several places that were no help, I called here and she offered to check their wholesaler to see if they had it. I emailed a photo of the part and she sent it to her wholesaler, verified they had it, then picked it up for me with some other parts they needed...all by 4 pm on Friday! I installed it and the heat pumps' back in business! I really appreciated the extra effort to help get the part for me on such short notice. Thanks very much!

Hank's Sheet Metal assisted me in setting up a ventilation system for my glassblowing shop. They did a great job and were able to squeeze me in to their tight schedule. We needed custom parts fabricated to install everything correctly and Ron was able to make the stuff quickly and he even let us borrow some tools to get the job done as quick as possible.
