HVAC1 (Semenik HVAC)

Just had this company come out and service our heat pump in the Nine Mile Falls area. We are preparing our house to sell and under a tight timeline to do so. These guys were able to get us scheduled in on short notice and were through in their inspection and service. They were easy to communicate with and efficient.

HVAC1 was absolutely amazing! We have had problems with our Mitsubishi Mini Splits ever since they were installed and multiple hvac companies came out and gave us crazy high bids saying we needed to redo the entire system basically (including ripping through most of our walls and ceilings). However HVAC1 came out and actually diagnosed the problem and found it was a faulty connection in the refrigerant lines. They came and replaced the connections (the correct way) and were extremely affordable! We now have had working heating and AC for the last 2 months and no problems!!! Thanks so much!

These guys are great! Mike installed my gas fireplace and new AC unit. He is both friendly and professional and I highly recommend this company. I will definitely have them back.

Hvac 1 is a great company to hire they do their job as they suppose to do we never had a problem with them. They installed everything for our house and everything works great🙃

My landlord hired these clowns to install a chimney liner four years ago. Needless to say my house burned to the ground a couple of months later due to this company installing the chimney liner incorrectly and not to manufacturers specifications. I lost everything. And the owner Paul came to my property a week later saying that I arsoned my house and I was going to prison. Smh. Do not use this company!!!!

Very happy with the level of service provided by HVAC1. I previously had a different company from the area come out and inspect my furnace. They told me the motor needed to be replaced and that I would need to pay $1500 to do so. The tech from HVAC1 took apart the motor and found out it didn't actually need to be replaced, and instead only needed to be cleaned out! Thanks to him, I saved a ton of money! I absolutely recommend HVAC1 if you need someone to work on your furnace, or to provide a second opinion to ensure you're not getting ripped off.

Paul came in an emergency to fix my broken AC during this brutal heat wave. He was professional, personal, and punctual. I appreciated his thoroughness and explanation of what he was doing. He was happy to answer any questions I had during the service appointment. Needless to say, I am thankful to have a cooler house for my wife and kids to live in. Shout out to HVAC1's operator, Marissa. She did a great job on communications from scheduling and sending Paul when he was available and in the area. I definitely would contact them again for any HVAC service I need in the future.

I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with HVAC1’s service. We had them tackle an install we thought was going to be impossible and they were able to deliver. The techs that came out were courteous and worked extremely hard while here. Paul came out for a follow up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not refer my friends and family elsewhere, these guys are amazing and truly care about their customers.
