I called Chris after having a real bad experience with another HVAC company. He was able to diagnose the issue and order the parts the same day. He keep in contact with me, so I would know when the parts would arrive and when he could install them. He was able to fix the issues and even check back a few days later to make sure that everything was still working. Chris knows his field extremely well and is very fast. You will not regret using them for all your HVAC work. On a side note, he was half the price too..... I guess I was lucky to have that bad experience with the other company.

We are beyond pleased and satisfied with the service and workmanship of Total Temp Mechanical. They became aware of our air conditioning needs right before the 100+ degree weather. The team worked us into their busy schedules to get us taken care of. The heating and cooling experts, Christopher and Talena make such a great team and are super nice and will take the time to explain how things work and how to get the best efficiency out of your equipment. I found that Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and that he was quick to respond to texts, which I appreciate very much. They had to work with our old 1996 ductwork, so they did everything to balance out the airflow for our two story house and to seal and insulate it properly. We also decided to change out our 21 year old furnace, upgrade our thermostat and install an attic fan. We will for sure have them come out again for any future needs and/or service. We are truly thankful the entire team for taking such good care of us...just in the nick of time I might add (we had a daughter playing soccer in that heat) AND for a very good/competitive rate!
