Mountaineer Heating & Air Conditioning

They came out to fix my mother in laws unit we suspected there was a leak. After telling them they didn’t even check it they charged it it worked for one day and was out again. Charged her $450 she called multiple times before getting them to come back and again they still didn’t check for a leak and charged her another $375 The unit still does not work they are crooks who prey on older people take their money and do not do the job.

VERY RUDE!!!! Sadly, I can not give no starts so I was forced to give 1. First, when I called and they answered the phone it was a curt 'Hello', no acknowledgement that it was a buisness line so I asked if this was Mountaineer heating and cooling and I got an exasperated 'Yeah'. When I called to explain what I needed I was told "NO! I'm not doing that" and hung up on, no explanation. I would pay someone NOT to use this company because I can only imagine the incompetence that comes out of it.
