Ferguson Brothers Plumbing Heating

I originally tried to hire TR Johnson and son and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I then went with Ferguson Brothers and they were great! They were on time and professional from the very beginning of the first time I spoke with their receptionist to the guys who came to my property. It is an older house and they were patient and explained what was going on and fixed the problem they came to fix. They were quick and efficient and explained the future plumbing issues that could occur. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the area!

Do not call these people! He has one heat repair man/"tech". The tech was lazy, ordered a stupid & unecessary part for the repair- which took 2 months to come in, he refused to crawl under the house to look at unit, bragged about upsetting other customers, discussed his failure to install a heat/air system in his own home (he burned up the mother board with the electrical connection and was waiting on warranty parts). i called the owner of ferguson brothers about the issue. The owner was incredibly defensive when i told him about his one tech and was very defiant. He sent me a bill anyway without the issue being resolved. The bill included a hidden tool truck fee to deliver a shut off fuse (the unecessary part that didnt fix the problem-it needed a therma coupling). All in all, ferguson brothers wanted over $500 in cummulative visits and never repaired my heat. I called new repairman..he came with help, took less than2 hours to repair it and they had the part on their truck. No waiting for parts. A $150 bill for the repairs. No hidden fees for their tool truck. Fergusons is terrible terrible people to do business with!

Been using these folks for years. Great service and Kenny knows his HVAC.

Waited over a week past when they said they would be out before calling at 7 am to tell us they were coming the same day, meanwhile my sink was backing up and damaging my floors.

Then while they were fixing it, unplugged the water supply to my dishwasher which I had to call someone else out to fix, all the while being rude and threatening about being "accused of breaking something" (I literally just wanted to know why my dishwasher stopped working as soon as they left, never claimed they broke anything).

Was unfortunately referred to these people, but will do my best to make sure no one makes the same mistake.

I rent from him, and he has always been good to all of us

Kenny from Ferguson's Brothers actually came and fixed my Air Conditioning which had been leaking water all over my carpet. He came in and was very professional and very quick. I have had this problem several times and he has been the only one that has been able to permanently fix it by adding a pump machine to my unit which stopped the pan from overflowing and leaking out to the carpet. I plan to call on him to help with any further problems. Best plumbing and Heating place in Huntington. We have called on them for years with different problems.

Was told they are busy and the fact that they didn't show up on the days they said they would seem to verify this. The part we had a hard time with, was that they don't bother calling to communicate their status. So we finally called someone else.

Call them on Wednesday because my Mom had a leak coming from a Apt . Above her condominium, they said they would call my Mother at 10:00am the next morning Thursday before they came out, just to wake her up . My Mother is 87 years ago. No call and they didn't show up at all, so I called at 1:00pm that day and they said they got busy and would be there by 2:30 that same day. 3:45 they call and can not make it until tomorrow. They show up at 9:30am on Friday and not only did they not fix the problem, they left and said the problem was in the apt above her condo. So I called Johnson out of B'vill and they came out ,not only did they fix the leak they stayed and helped me clean up the mess
