I tried to get help from them with a water break and I paid the insurance claim. The company American Water Resources scheduled the appointment on Saturday. Monday I still have not heard from them and I called to confirm or create an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was rude and literally talked to me like I was bothering her. She would not give me any information and told me she would let was not sure if they were even going to take the claim. Then she rudely said WHERE ARE YOU EVEN CALLING FROM. I am fine with them being to busy to accept the claim, but she was the most unprofessional, terrible example of an employee or customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I am more than disappointed. I am offended and hope no one else gets this terrible treatment! I will let everyone l come in contact know the treatment I received.

$645 to fix a leaky faucet. Over 6 hours labor time charged. That's for 2 washers, 2 valve seats, 2 valve stems. Messed it up the first day. Came back second day and charged again for all the travel time, labor, etc. for what should have been fixed correctly the first time. Last time they were here they charged $700 to dig a hole trying to locate a sewer line--without success.

Tried to get an estimate, but the lady answering the phone was rude and unprofessional, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My water tank burst early on a Saturday morning. I had surgery scheduled for Monday. Helder and John had to work all afternoon to install a new one. Both gentlemen were skilled, courteous and kind. I recommend them highly

Installed our fireplace logs. Hooked them up to our propane outside. They made sure everything worked including our remote control on the fireplace. We did not know that they sold fireplace logs at their office or we would have bought from them. We have used them before and have been very pleased with their service. Keep up the good work!!

Very good service. Afternoon crowd older set like ourselves so easy to just hang out catch some sports on the great number of TVs . Wings were pretty standard fair but burgers were the bomb! Totally excellent! Owner told us about his new project coming to beach road. If it's as good as this place will be success!

T. R. Johnson & Son have been my plumbers since I moved here 23 years ago. They respond to my calls very quickly and they send pleasant, very efficient workers who know what they're doing. They're a great company, and I highly recommend them.

I want to to give a good review to the guy who did plumbing job in my basement and install kitchen faucet. But I want to give a bad review to the lady who over charged for the supplies 3 times than the other plumber I worked with before from Barboursville, WV. Not only this she also overcharged 1/2 an hour labor. The guy came to my house at 8:30 and left home at 10:52. Took another 10 minutes to prepare the bill over the telephone. Came home again at 11:00 and finally left at 11:12 after paying the bill. It is fair to charge 3 hours labor because it take 12 minutes drive from my home but the lady charged 3 and 1/2 hours labor. The lady added all the billing and payment time together with an additional half an hour labor.

Called (on a Thursday morning first thing) as I had a leak under my house. Couldn't get to me until Tuesday the next week. Before this I thought plumbers always had room for emergency calls. 🤷♀️

We have a business that sells equipment for the disabled. Two out of three bathrooms in our facility and one of two in the section we rent to another business were backed up. TR Johnson came. They disabled all three bathrooms INCLUDING our handicap accessible one (again, our business caters to the disabled community) and then jackhammered holes in the concrete inside our building and in our parking lot and removed a wheelchair ramp in the process. They then left and we heard nothing from them for two weeks. When I called most recently I was told that 'Mr Johnson is out until Monday and I really can't help you until then.' I told her to let Mr. Johnson know not to worry about it, that we'd hire a competent company instead. All she said was 'OK' and then hung up. STAY AWAY from this company if you ever want your plumbing to work again.
