This is the WORST company and owner I have ever dealt with. I had this company install a furnace and central air unit into my home, and I have had nothing but problems with both. The furnace needed a new blower approximately one month later, and has had an additional two replacement since that one. I believe the furnace was not a new one? The owner refuses to give me documentation of my furnace repairs. Every time he is here to do work he never gives me a receipt of the work being done. I have asked repeatedly while he is here, and he always states he will get it to me. I even have text messages of him promising to get me the paper work. Now the central air unit, well that was installed incorrectly from the get go. I had witnessed something leaking from the unit, called, and I was told it was nothing. Then I had to call because it was not cooling the house, and again witness something leaking from the unit. I called and he came out to my property to check the unit. He checked the unit and said that he needed to fill it. Well I don't think that is normal for a brand new unit to have to be filled. After that visit I was still having issues with the unit. Both the furnace and the central air have been problems ever since they were installed. Now after several attempts at contacting the company to get the problem with my furnace and central air unit rectified, the owner just never returns or answers any calls. After contacting Bureau of Consumer Protection / Division of Trade and Consumer Protection, I had another company come and inspect my units. I was told that the furnace is undersized for what I paid, in other words not the size I paid for. I was also informed that the motor inside was not what came with the furnace, or even the same brand, and that it was not a proper fit. I was told that the motor was being held into place with a screw that was not proper either. As for the central air I was informed that the plastic valve covers that are to be removed before installation were never removed; instead they were left on, which caused them to be melted and now the valves that are leaking oil need to be replaced. So when I thought it was leaking it was! Since this inspections I have tried to contact A& N Heating and again no one answers or returns my calls. Please really think twice about using this company; I would absolutely hate to see someone else go through what I am.
They not only violated a building code, but also left without closing the permit. We've been contacting them over 3 months, and they kept lying that they'd call us back. Of course, I hadn't heard back from them. I had to reach out to the other HVAC companies to solve the problem, and the others seemed to be aware of A&N doing this kind of job done damaging customers. Very dishonest, irresponsible, and unprofessional company.
Had Nas out to check my furnace in the dead of winter. It was blowing air but it wasn't warm air. Nas explained everything to me and was extremely thorough. The guy cared. I wasn't sure if I had to replace the whole furnace or just fix it. For a minimal charge, Nas fixed the furnace and gave me prices on what it would cost if, down the line, I ever needed to replace it. Thorough, on time, polite...just a great experience. Thank you, A&N.
On time, friendly service. We had a vent installed off an existing lateral. They were fast, efficient, clean and professional. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
I would hope that both John and Mike Vinca would give great reviews on A&N since the owner and principal is Nasi N. Vinca, their father/uncle, or ?? Seems like these reviews are planted, even if the work done is so great. At least they got the work done, not like some of us.
