We used them for a whole home humidifier install. They were very prompt and priced fairly. A month or so later we had an issue with our ac so we decided to try them again. We were so impressed with how quickly they assessed and got parts ordered. We only spent one night without ac and feel very satisfied with the final price.

Last year I worked with Wisconsin Fuel & Heating to install a brand new AC and Furnace in my house, and I have been very satisfied. They gave me many pricing options to choose from and I didn't feel pressured during the sales process at all. I found that their pricing was very competitive after doing some local research as well. Ever since the install I have noticed my house is usually at the perfect temp though my wife will say it's too cold but that my own fault. I just had a yearly maintenance check done on my AC and the tech Danielle was very respectful and efficient. I will continue to work with Wisconsin Fuel & Heating in the future for all my AC/Furnace needs, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our technician, Riley, was courteous and clear with instructions for maintenance of our unit. He did a thorough cleaning of the A/C condenser so it'll perform optimally. Wisconsin Fuel gets all our HVAC business now.

These folks have given myself and my properties excellent service for many years. They answer the phone promptly and are kind and accommodating . The service techs are always friendly. I was most impressed with the installation of my ecobee. Thank you for all the great years.

I've been using Wisconsin Fuel since 1998 for all my heating/cooling needs (maintenance and repair) I called Wisconsin Fuel in April 2022 to ask about having a new high efficiency HVAC system installed to replace my 28 year old system. John came to my house to discuss my options. He showed me the systems that he thought would serve my needs plus the rebates that the manufacturers were offering. I never felt pressured to purchase any one system over the other.
The install went very smoothly. They had my new furnace and central A/C installed the same day. The whole team of technicians were very efficient, cleaned up the mess and made sure that I knew how to operate the new thermostat.
The one thing that I've always noticed about Wisconsin Fuel technicians (and the main reason I continue to use them) is that they are very honest when it comes to repairs. They've never tried to sell me a "bag of goods" or try to say I needed something that wasn't needed. Honesty is very important to me when it comes to decisions on who to hire for any job. They fit the bill!

Called for a repair estimate on our air conditioning system. They were out within 2 hours and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Fast and professional.

Wisconsin fuel was able to come out the same week to install our furnace after a tech came out to check it over. Each person was kind and helpful. John was very nice and gave us a great price and Tj did a great job installing

Riley from Wisconsin Fuel came out at 3 am this morning! The heat was out and he was thorough and efficient during the visit. The furnace was repaired to get the heat back up and running. A part needs to be ordered and replaced to completely repair the furnace. I appreciate the fast service and honest input regarding the furnace repair. I highly recommend Wisconsin Fuel for your heating/cooling needs.

Danielle was very professional and knowledgeable. She wasn’t able to fix our furnace due to not having the part available on her truck, but assured us that Wisconsin Fuel was trying to locate it and would be back to install it. She was extremely compassionate in telling us the news being as though our furnace died on the coldest day of the year. Danielle is truly an asset to the company and if I were able to choose a service technician, I would request Danielle again. Thank you for all your help!
