I called for an emergency service because the ice machine for my restaurant broke. I was told I would receive a call with the estimated time the tech was coming. Two hours later, I received a call stating that he couldn’t be there for four or five hours which would mean he would arrive at midnight. We both agreed it was too late. He responded that he will reschedule with the office for 1 pm the following day. At 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm…no tech. At 5:15 pm the office called and rudely explained to me that no one will be coming and they could not service my business. Apparently they are too busy to take your money. So unless you have had something broken and repaired by them in the last 6 months, don’t bother.
