This contractor installed our home AC unit which had a 10yr extended warranty purchased through them via the manufacturer. The unit was losing freon so we called to inquire about service and ask about the warranty. The owner answered the phone and immediately became argumentative when asked basic questions. Would not take any info regarding the unit. Complained that we called at 7am on their 24hr service line. Made insulting remarks. Very unprofessional, would avoid at all costs. Had to call manufacturer to file complaint along with BBB. Manufacturer sent another local dealer to service unit, problems solved no help from APH.

Responded quickly when my furnace died during a frigid February and when my air conditioner died during a hot July. Fair prices as well.

The driver of their vehicles drives like he is drunk.
