DG Heating and Cooling

Our air conditioner's fan went out the evening of July 3rd. I didn't have much hope of getting it fixed over the holiday, but Dave called me back that night and was at my house by 10am on the 4th. After a few minutes of diagnostic work and the replacement of a couple of parts, the house was cooling within half an hour.

DG Heating and Cooling is the only business I will call for any future furnace/AC needs.
Dave was professional and prompt, and the work was done correctly (and much quicker than I anticipated).

We had a radiator emergency!!! Our bathroom could have been flooded, until Dave was at our apartment in 30 something minutes! Fixed the issue very quickly. Discovered my water heater was shot on a Sunday evening, got back to me within 30 minutes of leaving a message with a quote and a start time for the following day. Crew showed up on time and promptly got to work. Affordable prices, quick and friendly crew. We will definitely be returning customers.

Alex came out for our winter tune-up on our furnace. We also asked him to install our new smart thermostat while he was here. He was able to help us with all of our needs & was very friendly & educated. We will be going with this company moving forward for all heating/cooling needs! Honest, friendly, great work to reflect the attitude of someone who takes pride in his work and the relationships he has with customers. Not only was the install neat, timely, and quality but this is a genuinely nice person who even comes to check out a problem for me that had nothing to do with the HVAC. Our family cannot thank D&G Heating and Cooling enough. After dealing with a broken furnace (NO AC) and a nightmare of excuses/no shows from the contractor “Sears Home Services” hired by our home warranty provider we finally forced them to go with D&G to fix our problem. He booked us for an appointment in a quick and timely manner. He had our system up and running within a few hours. You won’t regret going with D&G. We will never go with anybody else.
