Terrible customer service! I also tried to give my business to a local company, but I learned my lesson. Ordered a part for refrigerator and specifically asked if this part doesn't work, can I return. Yes, I could with a 20% restocking fee, which is what I was told. I was fine with that answer. Called a few days later when part is not what I thought I needed, and I was told I could not return!!!
I, too, could have ordered on Amazon and returned without getting yelled at. Part was also more money than they quoted me. Not a good customer experience at all.

Wow. :( Called to see if they had the part I needed for my dishwasher. I would like to point out that I (not my husband) am the one who took it apart and figured out what we needed. The man who I spoke to was very condescending and treated me like a 5 year old. He got upset when I said I had the part number and insisted that I give him the model number instead. I am 100% that the model number is not visible on our dishwasher when it is installed so I went to get the number from the manual and he said he wouldn't take that. After all of that they didn't have the part in stock anyway. I called Dey Distributing and spoke with someone very pleasant and they have what I need in stock. Try them instead!

the woman who answered the phone treated me awful. she barked at me that my industrial rotary iron isn't an appliance, and anybody I tried to help me would just "hang up on me" and then she hung up on me. No, ma'am, thats just you. But you have a nice day!

Customer service is terrible. I was hoping to support a local company, but would rather buy online when the service is like this. I'm sure they are stocked with all the things you may need, but the service is not great at all. I hope it improves.

As others have said, the only reason to buy here is needing it right away. Amazon had the same parts for 1/3 of what I spent for them at Sundberg. But I wanted it right away so I 'supported' a local business. And as it turned out, the parts didn't really fix the problem and they don't take electrical items back. Amazon on the other hand, will. So decide just what having a local store is worth to you as the customer.

One store associate wore no mask. To me that makes it obvious that they do not care about the safety of their customers. There are signs all over the store saying that masks are required. I bought something last week and he was not wearing a mask then, either.
Parts are very expensive, but I think that's kind of the reality of the product. I didn't compare prices. Online would have been much cheaper but I paid for getting it the same day.

They had what I wanted in stock today, but their "in person" price was higher than their online price, even with shipping factored in. If you have time, order online! Also, their in person and over the phone customer service leaves much to be desired. Since they apparently don't care much about their local customers, I won't care much about patronizing them in the future.

just called this place to see if they had a part in stock, the fella that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. i tried to give him a part number, and he clearly didn't punch in the correct number i gave him. argued with me that the part number was bad and nothing was coming up. i literally have the part and part number sitting in front of me and can find many places to buy it. its not rocket science. then i asked him to verify the number and he kept interrupting means saying the number isn't good. There is no need for the attitude from the guy gave me on the phone. i told him to just not worry about it and i'll just call somewhere else. no need to give business to someone who clearly doesn't care about customer service and has the nerve to give you attitude over the phone.

Great spot for Appliance parts. They also have a wide range of grill burners and greats. Staff is friendly fast and helpful. Plenty of parking adjacent to the building also street parking. Mail order parts are available With a shipping fee applied Thank you very much for all your service and help I will continue to do business with your company

This is a traditional parts store, like you would envision from childhood. They know their stuff and have a part for everything. Just don't expect them to act like a designer big box store. Their nice, but not metro- nor should they be.
