His work was top notch and assured me the work was complete but if there was any other issues to contact Freedom immediately. Bar none this was an appreciated service call. If needed I will definitely use your services in the future.

I called on a Friday and was told they could have anyone out until Monday afternoon. I wasn’t too surprised as it has been unseasonably warm, but for a business that touts 24 hour emergency service, that’sa long time to wait.

A few hours later, the lady watching my kids texts me saying someone from Freedom is there. As I didn’t expect them until Monday, when I had an appointment scheduled, I hadn’t rearranged my day and was in a meeting. I still haven’t heard anything from Freedom, but in less than 15 minutes I have a bill for nearly $400 worth of service I never approved. To prevent any further inconvenience to the person keeping my children, I sent her the money to cover the bill. But after calling a few other companies to see what they world have charged, it becomes clear I just bought somebodies beer for the weekend.

The prices from other companies were significantly less, considering the part he replaced is only $15 at Lowe’s.

And for those of you that wonder why they have such great reviews, they pay for that. They use a service that proactively asks for your review so they can prevent negative reviews from seeing the light of day.

This is a Wonderful Place they made me Feel Special making a appointment for them to come help me out my furnace was out for three days had a man here to fix it but he couldn’t it just needed a wire he didn’t connect!! Thanks to Freedom Heating and Cooling they are Top Rated and the young man that works for them knew what he was doing!! This will be my Number One Choice!! You All are Our Blessing!! Rose
