Experienced professional WITH personality! Corey is such a talented young man- and courteous. He’s a keeper! UPDATE: Corey returned this am with his colleague Hunter to complete the pendant installation in the guest room- their expertise was evident when they simply connected power from existing ceiling fan lite, saving us $$$ in the process. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using OnTime (and hopefully Corey) again

Courteous and professional service. Great communication between the customer, office, and certified technician. Stephen was super helpful addressing my punch list of electrical projects I needed help getting done. He explained the diagnostic process and provided sound advice on alternate solutions to make my project cost-friendly, while still achieving the final goal. Highly recommend!

Dalton was absolutely great. He was very thorough and quick but not rushed. He figured out the problem and helped me move my washer down a couple steps into my kitchen. He was very professional, and I believe he needs a raise. workers like him are few and far between. Thanks again for all the help. And very glad that I was recommended to this company.

We have had such great experiences with OnTime Service! Silas was an excellent professional. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, the list goes on. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem and did an amazing job replacing our grinder pump system. It was nice to chat with him occasionally while he worked. Overall OnTime Service has impressed me with the breadth of services they provide, as well as their punctuality. So far every time we’ve called for service we’ve even been able to get a same day appointment. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Customer service was great and very detailed up front. Received a call several hours before my appointment time letting me know they had someone in the area and could be there in 30 minutes which they delivered on. Rare to have someone available hours before your appointment and appreciated. Received text notification with picture of the service person who would be coming. Chris, my technician, and his partner were great and completed the job within 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Honestly one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Exceeded my expectations all the way around. First time using them but definitely not the last. They'll be my go to moving forward.

Scheduling was timely. Corey did a fantastic job, talking through everything with us, itemizing and coordinating work we need done now with other work going forward. Prices are very reasonable, as in competitive with other companies, and we got a senior discount, thank you!

Amazing Service! Hunter & Brandon were extremely professional. They were made sure that the job was done correctly and quickly. They were also very respectful and put booties on to ensure there was not any dirt tracked I to the home. I have used On time Service many times. Each time I am more and more satisfied by their work.
