OnTime Service

We had a number of plumbing issues. OnTime addressed each one and also made recommendations for cleaning and sanitation following a toilet leak. Great service.

My name is Todd Rife. Silas had fixed a leak at the meter this past Saturday as we were having high water bills. But the water company said we still had a leak somewhere. So Silas came back out and determined more work will be needed. Again he was kind, professional, and explained what needed to be done. Stephen and Hunter provided excellent and professional service. Stephen conducted a thorough walkthrough, was able to identify and resolve issues, provided follow up instructions, and took the time to discuss the ins and outs of our building with me. OnTime Services always does a good job for me. Their technicians are alway knowledgeable and pleasant. Cory did a great job for me today on a Saturday. My dog even liked him.

I called them when my AC went out. Sent someone same day. They couldn’t repair it cost effective because it was so old. But they did manage to get it running. A few days later, it gave out for good, and they showed up again same day. Offered to put in window units until I could get a new system.

When I finally ordered the new system, they had it installed in less than 48 hours. They were very responsive, and courteous. Worth the few extra dollars for a quality, guaranteed installation!

Good morning, I just wanted to say thank you for having someone come out last night. The tech that came out was absolutely amazing and stayed at my house until 11pm until he had fully resolved the problem. He did find a clog that apparently has been there for a while (makes sense since this has been going on since the hurricane). At one point the toliet and tub did overflow and he did everything he could to get it all cleaned up. He was very professional, and very nice and really worked to get the problem taken care of. I felt bad he was here so late so I made him a to go plate from dinner. But again I just wanted Thank You for getting them out here I really appreciate it.

Yes mam absolutely I would leave a great review. Like i said that tech literally went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and so far so good.
