Set up appointment to have gas fireplace repaired/checked since it would not turn on. Chris came and discovered the problem quickly fixed it. Came on time, very friendly down-to-earth guy. Will use them again in the future. Their fireplace repair service was not listed on their website. The service was on 10-19-2022.

Chandler installed a new natural gas line for a portable generator to be used during power outages. Their job was very neat and the exterior piping looks great. We are pleased. They also noticed that we had a leak in our hot water heater. After we purchased the needed part, they installed it as "lagniappe." We were thankful to avoid a disaster that could have happened. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had a leak in my gas line to the water heater over the weekend and had to have my gas shut off, so I had been without hot water for a couple of days. When I called other services first thing Monday, they were unable to come out for a week or more. The only other company potentially available that day was very short with me over the phone, as though she didn’t have time for my problems. She reluctantly offered to try to squeeze me in but wouldn’t guarantee they would make it out. Then I called Chandler Wise Services. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. There were no issues with getting someone out, in fact they were here within 2 hours of my call. The technician was great! Even though he didn’t have the right part with him, he was able to find one quickly and came right back to finish the repair. I had hot water back by lunchtime! Overall, I received outstanding service from Chandler Wise and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chandler Wise services was very responsive! The front office ladies were very helpful and sweet. Our A/C went out. They were able to come out same day. It was Friday and we were in a pinch. We got texts to update appointment time and the tech called when he was on his way. He was very professional and did a great job! Got a follow-up call. Will use again!
