Shawn was a pleasing combination of professional and friendly! He answered my questions knowledgeably and explained what he was doing in language I could understand. He worked neatly and efficiently and had respect for my home. I would 100% request him next time I needed a plumber.

Kendell was awesome. He was very professional and respectful. He identified the
AC problem and spent a long time getting it fixed. He could have just told us that we needed a new one, but he didn't. He fixed it and then wrote down several options for new units, when we need one. When we do need one, we're definitely going with Affordable Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills.

Dale was very helpful in explaining to us all of the HVAC work that we need. We had a whole list of questions, and he went through every one of them to my satisfaction. He is also very polite and professional.

We called at 8am. The phone service was extremely helpful and efficient. I received a call within the hour letting me know who was coming and how soon to expect them. I received a text with a photo of the tech coming with his name for verification. Michael came out to our home almost immediately after that call and text. He was professional, well educated and very informative. He quoted a price and even as things changed (very little I must add ) the prices stayed the same. I worked the service industry for over 20 years and as the face of the company it’s important to keep your word and satisfy every customer. Today I was satisfied. For once I received the service I once gave with pride. The installation was clean, neatly mounted and professionally completed. I would have been proud of the work if I had installed it my self. I highly recommend affordable plumbing and will return as a customer

Michael diagnosed the problem with blower motor. Fortunately the unit was still under warranty so all I had to pay was instalation. Michael quickly installed and tested the new unit. I was very pleased with the service provided by Michael!

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. Really liked that he checked everything inside and outside of the house for any issues. Gave me great options on what I needed to fix and the VIP plan was great. I can get both plumbing and AC repairs under one roof . Which is very cost effective.

Kendell did an awesome job at giving me several options to repairing by AC issue. I would highly recommend this company due to the time the techs take to explain all the issues they found and then give you options . Most companies do not do that anymore. I can tell both Michael and Kendell where well trained in customer service . Great job !!

Michael, the Tech, assessed the issues carefully and gave us priced options that were clear. When he returned as scheduled, he did the work promptly and explained everything. Would highly recommend Affordable for their crew and communications system. We even received a picture and name of the assigned tech before he first arrived.

David was very professional and completed the job thoroughly He told us up front what had to be done and gave us the cost before any work was done.
