If I could give Roy and Gary 10 stars out of 5, I would! Both are super personable, did an A++ job understanding my needs, and getting everything installed so impeccably that it's pretty to look at. Highly recommend Xcalibur, Roy, and Gary. They even vacuumed up the drill dust as they worked. 👍👍👍 Photos to follow!

Roland did a great job replacing our air conditioner compressor. He was extremely professional and was very respectful. What impressed me was he was clean cut, clean shaven and presentable. My first impression was I was dealing with a reputable company if they insist that their service people are presentable. He did a quality job and was done reasonable quickly and he was by himself.

Tony installed a120 outlet on my deck for a hot tub installation. I had scheduling issues with the delivery. Tony bent over backwards to accommodate! And he came when he said he would and did outstanding work! I would recommend Tony anytime!!!! Anytime!!

Justin was our plumber who we were so lucky to have service our home. He was incredibly kind to us when we were having such a horrible day trying to get our plumbing fixed. Shoutout to the receptionists as well for helping us with our emergency. Amazing customer service all around and will definitely be using Xcalibur again!

The most important thing I can tell you about using Xcalibur Services is that they stand by the quote they give you. And it doesn’t go up because they “discovered a few things”.

This is by far the most professional company you will ever deal with, with the best trained and most courteous employees who really care about the quality of their work.

We found out we had to have our plumbing’s main line replaced as we were getting ready to go out of town, and Guy and Jacob crammed a three day job into two days because they knew how important it was for us to get it done.

I can’t say enough about what a good experience we have had with Guy and everyone we’ve dealt with at Xcalibur Services. They truly do go above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service.

Roland was very professional, direct, and knowledgeable about our a/c issues. Love it when people show up when they say, tell me how it is, and fix the problem. Had them come out to look and advise on A/C issues at my new house and they were very prompt and professional. Were able to recommend a great system that fit my needs. Also got some electrical work done to fix some issues. All installers/techs that I have delt with have been respectful and courteous. Will be recommending them and using them again should the need arise to have additional work done.
