Jonathan was great and made this process very easy for me. Out of 5 quotes he was the most reasonable and explained the entire process to me. He was very patient and kept in contact with me regularly. I am very happy with my new HVAC install!!

Absolutely the best service I have received from any business! Jonathan knows his business. He will not call a job complete until he knows you are happy with his service. He does not take shortcuts or waste any time. He finds the problem, explains the issue, works hard, is very efficient, and fair with his price. He does not try to sell a new A/C unit if he can get your old one working. He even found the cause of another issue I was having that was not A/C related and took time to take care of it! Who does that??? You know exactly the time Jonathan will arrive. His wife Jennifer set up my appointment time and she was so pleasant over the phone. I felt like I knew her! I just can't say enough good things about this family business and their wonderful customer service. I will definitely be using Paradise Heating and Air again!

I just recently moved to Birmingham ala and didn’t know who to call when my air conditioner went out, so i googled and read hundreds of reviews. I decided to go with Paradise heat and air, and I’m so glad i did!! You don’t find quality, fast, trustworthy, reasonably priced service like this much these days, but if you’re reading this trust me you want be disappointed!!

Highly recommend! Even though it was the weekend, they were at our house within a couple of hours of us calling to diagnose the issue. We needed a whole new system installed and they made the process simple and got it done extremely fast!

Paradise Heating and Air did a phenomenal job at our house and saved us tons of money. We had a few issues going on including excess dust, high humidity, and a major temp split between upstairs and downstairs due to being on a single system.

Jonathan was quick to come out for an assessment and quote. He provided multiple options to fit our needs and budget. There was no pressure from him when it came to us deciding on the right option. He simply educated us on what needed to be done and the pros and cons to each option.

The majority of the ductwork was removed including the trunks that were duct board. The trunks were replaced with 12” metal duct and insulated. Two additional trunks of the same size were added. Two trunk lines are dedicated to the downstairs and the other two for the upstairs. Each trunk has an electronic damper that actuates more open or more closed as air is needed between the zones. A zone control board was installed to manage the dampers. An additional thermostat was installed for the upstairs portion of the house.

Since this work has been done, we haven’t seen any dust particles floating around the house like before. Our humidity levels went from being in the high 70’s to the mid 40’s. We have ran a dehumidifier constantly over the years that would need to be emptied multiple times a day. It’s been over a week since this work was completed and we haven’t had to empty the dehumidifier once!! The temperature split between floors is nonexistent. Simply set the upstairs to a temp and the downstairs to a temp and the system works flawlessly. Perfect for us having a nursery upstairs set at 70° and our bedroom downstairs set at 68°.

Paradise Heating and Air is by far the best around. Great pricing, accurate assessments on what needs to be done, and scheduling is a breeze.
