Paradise Heating and Air

The most honest hvac company I've seen in decades. They had every opportunity to tell me I needed a new unit, I was 100% sure that I did. Its an old unit and could not keep up when it got really hot. Instead they recommended adding insulation in attic and found some broken duct work.

We love Paradise Heating and Air! They came, put in new insulation in our house and brought it up to code. They are respectful and clean. I didn’t even know they had been here until I walked into the attic. Very cost effective as well. We will continue to use them for years to come.

Great service and explaned everything well to me. Was able to find my problem and fix its quickly, and the price wasn't bad either. I was even able to get them to come out same day I called, even though it was the weekend

Jonathan the owner came as soon as he said. He didn’t overcharge me and even said the outside unit didn’t need a coil cleaning. Will absolutely use them again.

Jonathan came out and gave me a quote for adding installation to my attic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very nice and seemed very trustworthy. I will use them for the work.

So it’s Christmas Eve and my mom thermostat wasn’t acting right so I called this company and the receptionist was the nicest. So a tech came out name Johnathan and he was the greatest. He was quick, respectful and kept us up to speed wit the changes he made. Thank y’all so much. Saved Christmas!!!

Jonathon is AWESOME! He fixed the leak in our AC unit in no time, and also made great recommendations for necessary upgrades to our furnace since it is super old. He’s upfront and honest and gets right to the point. We will definitely use this company again for routine maintenance to our HVAC system…the customer service during the initial phone call was great too 🙂
