Mark, Lee's electrician, answered many of my questions about LED lights and how to choose the brightest . I had several electrical plugs that had stopped working. I showed him a switch in the electrical panel that to me needed to be replace, but he explained that the movement was normal. It had been turned off. Also several other issues were discussed and he fixed them. Mark is a very valuable employee, and I am glad that he was my electrician. WBennett

I have been with Lee Company for at least 25 years. Recently they replaced two HVAC compressors and associated equipment at my home. It was a 10 1/2 hour day for the two techs doing the installation.They stuck with it on 90 degree weather until completed - in and out of the crawlspace and attic, covering floors and carpets in the house to keep things neat and they had the old equipment immediately removed from the premises. before departing, they showed me how the newly installed thermostats operated. Thanks for transitioning to new equipment in a single day.

Frank was our service technician. He performed an annual maintenance check on all of our home electrical panel/outlets. He verified everything was working properly and made some recommendations which we decided to do. He was able to do those updates all in the same visit. Lee Services is a great company for all your home repairs. All the service technicians we've had are professional and very knowledgable. We highly recommend them!

I had duct work changed out and an encapsulation done in the crawl space. They also ran gas lines for new dryer and stove and for an outdoor BBQ.
Everyone was very friendly and answered my many questions. It was a pleasant experience. Great job!

My heat pump went out during an extremely cold Sunday in January. I called Lee Company, they sent someone out that day that could inspect my current system and give an estimate on a new unit. I already knew I needed a new unit, I didn't want to put anymore $$$ into the one I had. They were the 2nd company I called, the first was going to charge me $4,000 more for a new unit and that was after they spoke with a manger to bring the price down. After going over what Lee Company would replace which included some duct work, I was pleased with the cost. Lee Company came out the next morning, completed all the work the same day and cleaned up everything. I am so happy I went with them. My home is more comfortable and at a temp that's much lower than what the old unit was set to. I'd recommend Lee Company to anyone.

The service technicians were courteous, answered my questions thoroughly, honest, and helpful. The customer service representative did not explain the service contract clearly, so the first service technician had to clarify the terms. I still entered the service contract because it is a good deal. The plumbing costs seemed expensive, but I don't have a point of reference.

Called on Friday and they were willing to come out that day. Showed up early on Monday and they were able to finish the job that day. Joined their monthly plan right then and there. Great company.

We have been using Lee Company for several years. Came for routine maintenance of our tankless water heater (highly recommend gettin gone) and noticed water pressure over recommended level. They were able to install a new pressure regulator (...and fix a toilet flapper that had just started causing a problem) all at the same visit. Attentive, responsive, professional. Highly recommend.

He also explained several aspects of the service. Although he made recommendations, I did not feel any pressure to purchase more products from lee Co.

We have used Lee Company to keep our home checked out and running best. From HVAC to plumbing to electrical, Lee has been our go to. We are covered by their inspection plan and feel safe knowing things are good to go or will be fixed should things arise.
