They were very professional and did great quality work they were very dependable and showed up when they said they were going to the guys worked hard the entire time they were there would highly recommend this company - you will not be disappointed

Called the for a quote one guy came out and we paid him $79 for a quote. He then says he can’t give us a quote the sales guy would have to come out and he couldn’t come out for 2 weeks so that was a total waste of my husband taking off work. Then 2 weeks later the other guy comes out and says he’ll get our quote to us the next day. A week later they have our $79 and we STILL DONT HAVE A QUOTE!! Or contact from anyone about it. I called yesterday and told the guy our troubles. He puts me on hold and we get disconnected. No call back and STILL NO QUOTE!! So we gave them $79 for NOTHING NICE WAY to make money!!

Zach and Desmond are two fantastic plumbers that go above and beyond. They also have the support of a great organization that makes customer service a top priority. Great job, guys!!

I had a residential A/C issue with one of my units and contacted Lee Company. Lee Company was very responsive and made sure a tech was sent out that day. Jake was my tech and he was very professional. During a time of a pandemic, Lee Company and Jake were very responsible and wore a mask. Speaks volumes when a company is responsible, professional, on time, responsive, and so helpful to make sure I understood every step that was occurring with the repair. Jake documented every step with photos and videos to assure that I was comfortable with the service and Lee Company will send you all of that info as well. Very pleased with Lee Company and look forward to their awesome subscription service where they send someone out 4 times a year to inspect plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. Will be sure to keep them on my call list for my residential and business needs.

I just had electrical service done by Nick. He checked out the electrical and installed a new ceiling fan, changed GFI plugs and was amazing. I would absolutely recommend him and this company.
The serviceman, Jake was wonderful. He explain everything he was doing. He gave me a status on all areas and the condition of the unit. I would recommend this company to everyone!

$49 dollars to tell me what I knew which was a pin hole in my tankless hot water heater. In fact, I’m the one who identified it.

The technician was/is nice. However I’m still leaking and not much was resolved. He offered advice but that was about all. To fix it I need a new copper pipe, which I ordered and they’ll install it for another service fee.

I guess I don’t know what else to say. The tech was sweet but sweet doesn’t fix a water leak around electrical components.

The panel work was performed very well and I was offered a maintenance program which is affordable and should keep my heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing in top notch running condition. Very pleased.

I have used Lee Company for our HVAC for the past 10 years. They are a cut above others.

The service technician called 30 minutes prior to his scheduled time and arrived on time. He performed an inspection of our plumbing system. He identified some moisture in the crawl space unrelated to any plumbing issues and recommended we have the foundation inspected. We scheduled the inspection with Lee Company for a quote to repair/remedy the moisture source.

We use Lee Company for our annual HVAC inspection (Spring and Fall) and are pleased with their service. I recommend them.

Fast easy appointment set up. On time. Paid 2 service charges. Mr. Electric fixed the issue of a lose breaker within 5 minutes. However Lee Company was apologetic and corrected the issue by refunding me the service charges. They were prompt about making me a happy customer, and I would use them again in the future.
