Grayson has always done excellent work for us but today Allen Cowart went above and beyond. He worked in the rain to make necessary repairs to our air conditioner, never once acting like it was a problem. We so appreciate the service the we received today and every day from Grayson.

We bought our first house this April and the first day we moved in, had trouble with our AC unit not running properly, we called Grayson and Tyler was at our house within the hour on a Friday afternoon- the AC unit was back to running smoothly within maybe 20 minutes of him getting there too. Tyler is nice, professional, fast/hard-working and honest- Any other company would've found a way to get a new home owner to spend some money, Grayson Air Conditioning, and Tyler most of all- Chose to be honest and help instead.
Will be using for all future AC needs!

Grayson is very good about sending professionals that know what they are doing and do it well. Today, your service technician, Allen Cowart did a wonderful job in explaining what the problem was that we were experiencing. The extra time that he took to explain the problem was very much appreciated.

Oh my goodness! Grayson A/C is an excellent company.
We first sought them to maintain our generator. Tyler knew all about Genrac; he got it up and running.
We were impressed and signed on also for the A/C - heating program. Ben Howell was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all our options - lowest to most expensive.

The communication & promptness, truly, was a 10/10 from both Morgan & Tyler! Morgan was so helpful with the information on prices and how a service warranty would benefit us in the future. Theres no doubt we called the best HVAC company around! You can tell they take pride in what they do & they do it well!! Tyler was super knowledgeable & took his time explaining what was going on when our AC froze up & how we could avoid problems in the future, which was very beneficial with us recently purchasing the home they serviced. Tyler mentioned he was thinking how to get our problem solved the previous night. It’s just the simple fact that he had us on his mind while not being on the clock that showed his true character & made us life long Grayson customers! They surpassed our expectations in every department to say the least!

Allen Cowart conducted a maintenance visit. He was courteous and professional. I especially liked his customer service approach.

Update: 27 June 2023, Allen performed a maintenance visit and was very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Easy to talk to, efficient during his checks of our attic unit and our outside unit, he even took care of a wasp nest near the outside A/C unit. He represents Grayson Air Conditioning in a very responsible, businesslike manner.

Grayson’s installed one three ton and a four ton gas package units along with new attic ductwork, UV light and latest ditial thermostats in our 112 year old house. We have used Grayson’s for twenty years. Always prompt, professional, competitive, and courteous. I highly recommend their services and products. A big thanks to Philip, Chris P, Jake, Chris G, Dustin, Justin, Brandt, Collin, Brandon, and Joey. Everyone went out of their way to make a complicated install go smoothly. The guys cleaned up after themselves each day, showed up on time and worked late the last day to finish the job. These guys obviously care about quality work and customer satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about their work!

Grayson Air Conditioning has been great! We have been using the company for the past two years. Every visit and job has been done thoroughly. Today, we had an annual maintenance done. Morgan made it easy for us by calling us to set up the appointment over the phone. The technician, Allen C came out to our house for the job. He explained everything that was needed to be repaired, repaired it and then made sure we didn’t have any other questions. Their customer service has been so great! THANK YOU!!

Grayson is a great company to deal with. The office answered right away and got me on the schedule. Aaron called ahead to confirm the appointment, arrived on time to service the unit, and called afterwards to follow up with suggestions. My A/C is running colder now, and I’m ready for the summer! I would highly recommend Grayson.

Allen Cowart came out to do my semiannual maintenance. He is so friendly and professional. I really appreciate that he is reliable and I can count on him year after year to maintain my ac system. Thank you, Allen and Grayson.
