Charles and Steve came out and fixed my mini split unit in my barn after months of trying to get an AC reparir persons to come out. He fixed the machine in less than a day and had us up and running. Charles and Steve are very knowledgable and professional. Very curtious and kind. Prices reasonable and did not change after finishing. I would highly recommend Charles and Steve and this company to anyone. I will be looking to them to do work in my main house in the near future. Great job!

When someone goes above and beyond I love to spread the word. My fridge/freezer was slowly going out so I made a first available appointment with Charles at Pro Cooling and Heating Services for the next day. I got a call a couple hours later and a technician finished early and could fit me in. Well that was wonderful because I noticed my AC Unit was not cooling as well (I had been out of town). James was here in 15 mins and immediately new my compressor was bad on my A/C, he showed and explained to me the problem and fixed it in 10 mins. My house was cool in 20. My fridge however was done for, it was time for a new one. I was only charged for the compressor for my A/C in which they charged me less than I found it online. Great company, quick and polite service, better than fair pricing.

Invited Pro Cooling and Heating to give an estimate on replacing two 17 year old Carrier units. Charles was excellent, offered excellent equipment (Lennox, top tier trouble free heat pumps according to Consumer Reports). The big weapon they had - 0% financing for 60 months on well qualified purchasers - was a big draw. If you buy a replacement from them, be sure to ask about rebates. There was a potential $450 rebate on each system that we had not discussed until I brought it up. We ended up going a different direction, but only due to a personal financial change that made the financing question less important. Charles also offered just the right amount of followup - called regularly, but not so much as to be a real aggravation. Highly recommended.

Our AC has been out since Christmas and we have been miserable. My husband called Pro Cooling and Heating Services and Roman Naramore came out and saved us! He was extremely nice and professional, took his time and explained everything to me. He found the problem right away and within minutes cool air was circulating through our house once again. We also opted for the maintenance plan, so we have assurance that our AC unit will be looked after and monitored so it doesnt go out on us again. Calling on an A/C Company is never a good time for anyone; however, when calling Pro Cooling and Heating, we knew we were in good hands. Within 45 minutes of calling, the owner showed up to inspect the unit and give suggestions. After deciding to replace the entire system, he and his team came back a few days later, and spent all day replacing it in the blistering heat. I will 100% be referring anyone who needs assistance to this company. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Excellent job! Roman was very professional and did an excellent job replacing duct work in our attic. Showed up as promised and completed work in a timely manner. Will definitely use for all our A/C needs.
