On a holiday weekend in scorching outside temps United’s emergency techs were able to be at our house 2 hours earlier than they anticipated. They identified the issue and had our upstairs cooling under 15 minutes. And thanks to their incredible warranties and seasonal maintenance contracts there was ZERO charge. It’s days like this that remind me why we always choose United!

Our air conditioning system wasn't cooling. I called United Heating and Air and they sent someone out to check it the same day. The technician was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away. We needed the capacitor replaced. He replaced it quickly and checked the coolant in both units. We were very pleased....and cool!!

Our A/C unit stopped working during the night of July 3rd. On a holiday, July 4th, my husband placed a call to United. Without hesitation the staff talked my husband through several trouble shooting solutions. After they didn’t work—a technician was on his way. Within an hour of his arrival it was fixed. We could not be more thankful for their efficiency and willingness to serve their customers. We highly recommend United Heating & Cooling!

These guys were great! They were reasonably priced and did outstanding work. Very safety conscious. They saw a couple of serious saftey issues in my
attic and corrected them at no extra charge. Definitely would call them again!

On 28 March 2023, United Heating repaired one of our units. The service technician was professional and courteous. He worked on the unit and when finished, he explained what was replaced. Before leaving, he made sure to answer any questions we might have had. We have been customers of United Heating & Air for 15 years and we are very pleased with them. Thank you

United Heating & Air installed the heating/ac unit when our home was built. They have also been performing the yearly maintenance service on the same unit. I’ve been pleased with the overall quality of service they’ve provided. Just a suggestion, if you purchase a brand new heating/ac unit, I feel it’s a good idea to get an extended warranty. Our system is now 11 yrs old, about 3 yrs ago the Evaporator Coils needed to be replaced. It would have cost approx $2000 to have the coils replaced but with the extended warranty it did not cost me anything. United honored their warranty and the replacement was hassle free. They stand by their word, Thank You United!

Had a technical problem that I was unable to figure out. Tired of scratching my head, I called United. They have the best technicians in Montgomery. I mean ones who read schematics. Working together we corrected the issue. Life is good again.

Our HVAC system went out and we called United Heating and Air to repair the unit. They immediately scheduled a technician to come out. Upon arrival, the technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our problem and had our unit up and working again. We will definitely use United for future service calls.

My AC went out around 6:45 pm Sunday night, I called United and they quickly responded by 7:00 pm and said they would be there in an 1 1/2 , took him around 5 minutes to fix was the capacitor.

United does a great job with their maintenance plan. They call to remind you when it’s time for a visit. They’re always on time, polite and neat with their jobs. They’re also quick to respond in an emergency.
