Extremely friendly staff great customer service, they have plenty of financing options but I would not recommend buying from here if you need to finance. You can use Acima 90 days same as cash no interest as long as you pay it in 90 at Best Buy. Their in-store financing is 30% they do have synchrony which is good and then their other financing is 15% interest!!!! Absolutely horrible I would not recommend buying a single thing from this company!!!!

Nicole had reached out to me as I had looked at some furniture online. I finally made it in to the store. Nicole directed me to where I wanted to look. She was very helpful in every way. She explained the warranty, she went over the costs and what delivery would look like. I will shop here again.

First tried to steer me towards a sectional couch set, when I said flat out that I did not want a that kind. And when I tried asking about price difference between 2 sets that were almost exactly a like the sales lady wouldn't listen to everything and just kept repeating that one was "real Italian leather" even though that's not what we would be purchasing. And lastly, she didn't even wait til we had left the store to start talking $h!t to the other employees. Definitely would NOT recommend this location and we definitely will not be returning, EVER.

Tyler at the chandler location was absolutely awesome! He was easy to talk to and genuine (unlike the stereotypical sales reps everyone reads). He went the extra mile for me to ensure I was taken care of and I would highly recommend working with him. I will for my next big purchase.

Tyler was a great associate (i wont say salesman because he wasnt trying to push me into anything I didn't want or need but he was someone who helped me get what I wanted and needed) . As soon as I walked in the door he greeted me and started to help right away. I showed him what i was looking for and he knew exactly where to find it in the store.Tyler was very laid back with a great personality and knowledgeable about the product and the process. He helped out tremendously. I couldn't have asked for a better associate. Keep up the great work and I will be coming back to purchase more from you. I'm so pleased to let you know that as soon we enter into the store we felt very comfortable whit the salesperson that was helping as out. He introduced himself and he says if we need anything just to ask him. We didn't felt like we were under pressure or anything, he was just fine.! And after that he had me qualify like in minutes and he was very respectful and professional at his job.! Thank you CONN’S for having a great Salesperson like him.!! Well Done. 👍🏼💯

After looking around and finally after an hour I decided on a sofa and recliner. Price for sofa showed at $1,249.00 and recliner at $699.00. At the time of paperwork I was being charged $100 extra for each item. So now instead of the amounts of $1249 it was $1349.00 and $699 was $799 Which I confronted the sales person. Plus then they added $417.98 for a 36 months furnituregard plan I was never told about or if they mentioned it, they did not say there would be an extra charge plus we were never asked if we wanted the furnituregard plan, they just added it to my bill.
Then I repeatedly said that it was going to be delivered to a different address not to my address and they never listened.
This place over charges you!! You need to be very careful when doing paperwork making sure no extra charges are being added.
I am very disappointed.
We actually walked out but they kept on doing the paperwork without us being present. And sent an email stating statement was finished and completed.

I do not want your business. SO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE WE DO NOT WANT IT.

I will be going elsewhere.

Conns is ok however can be predatory especially those who may have bad credit high interest rates run rampant for furniture that doest last long also after youve already received approval online conns will run your credit again in store causinganother hard inquiry. My latest purchase of washer and dryer to the techs sent to setup the washer and dryer did no troubleshooting to do the installation or provided instructions on what I needed to do to prepare for installation. Left me to my own devices to do the installation myself. If you ever fall behind on a payment and call to make arrangements there collections department doesn't get notifications even after you tell them arrangements have been made the will continue to call and email you up until the day that the payment is made. They will call you work and cell phone daily. I'm glad that my items have been paid off I will never buy from this place again.

Initially I was lead to believe the customer service was good, but please see below, and beware! They're abysmal!

UPDATE
I guess I spoke too soon when I initially commented that this branch had better service. Maybe all the branches are the same. Just received a notification that delivery of the appliance is coming on a day that I expressly stated was not an option.

Once again Conn's is showing me that maybe customer service and listening is not high on their priorities. Changed my rating from 5 stars to just ok, at best. Salesman I spoke too on the phone stated delivery had been confirmed, which it MUST CERTAINLY HAD NOT BEEN. Apparently sending a text to the customer counts as confirming delivery, regardless of whether the customer agrees or not!

2ND UPDATE
Surprise surprise Conn's changed the installation date without checking with us to make sure we'd be home or didn't have plans. After waiting on the day installation was supposed to happen, received an automated call stating it's happening in another day. What wonderful customer service... NOT!
