We Just bought a new house and was looking for a local plumber. One of my friends had used Shadrack plumbing so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! We worked with Seth, he was very professional and explained everything he was going to do with a quote before he did the work. He did a great job and was very fair on the pricing. I would highly recommend the company and make sure you ask for Seth.

Very timely response and clean professional installation of two new hot water heaters and one recirculating pump to provide quicker hot water response. Also two buffer tanks to protect against possible over pressures. We were very pleased with friendly and knowledgeable technicians and their work ethic. Am going to use this company for my AC work also. Heartily recommend Josh and his crew members, Seth and Richard.

I had a leaking faucet. Called and got an appointment right away. Technician came out within 24 hours, repaired faucets. Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. Would use again and would recommend to friends and family. Included before and after photos.

A couple of weeks ago, I had multiple personal/household crises, capped off by my guest room toilet becoming a geyser. The toilet shut off valve was plastic and snapped off when I tried to close it, so my only recourse was to shut off the water to the house. So…no shower, no toilet flushing, no laundry. I called Shadrach and hoped they could schedule something within a day or two. To my amazement (and endless gratitude), they fit me in that very day! Louis was assigned, let me know when he was on his way, showed up on time and was incredibly kind as well as efficient and professional! They’ve gained a loyal customer and I will recommend them over and over and over again! Thanks guys!

We experienced a water heater failure and pipe burst on a weekend. Our regular plumbers were not available to assist us. We called Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling and they responded immediately. Seth Free was the plumber who was dispatched, and he was an absolute model of skill, expertise, professionalism and dedication. Our home has two water heaters working in parallel, so we decided to replace the whole system. A big job, especially considering it was on a Sunday. He worked tirelessly to complete all of the work, and the owner, Josh, also came to lend a hand for while. Given the scope of the work, and the fact that it was a Sunday and these are plumbers, i expected a very high cost. But the final invoice was less than expected, and in fact very reasonable for the work performed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Shadrach. They truly went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend.

This company is by far the best plumbing service we have used in our more than 30 years in Fountain Hills.
The office staff is always helpful and polite, and wait time for repairs is minimal. Estimates are clear and complete. The technicians are always exactly on time. They communicate clearly the scope of the work. The work is clean and professional, and they always clean the work area when they are done. You can’t ask for better than that.
We give these guys a 10: Polite, Prompt, and Professional.

Top notch experience from the first call through the repair. We had an unusual shower drain leak repair needed that they scheduled, quoted and repaired within a few days. Seth was on time, professional, tidy, informative and even stayed well after dark to make sure the job was done on time for us. This is probably the best plumbing service we’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend them.
