Amazing service. Richard was friendly, helpful and honest. we had bad experiences in the past with plumbers, but Richard changed that! Will be using Shadrach for all our plumbing in the future.

Richard was my tech yesterday for my reverse osmosis water filtration system repair. Cleaned the unit, installed new filters and tested all before finishing the job. Office was extremely helpful in scheduling on my part time residence availability. Will certainly use for regular check ups annually plus any other required maintenance.

PJ came over to service our HVAC. He was amazing very professional and informative. He was honest and gave us the tune up special for $69 compared to another Co. quoting $770 (services that were not needed). PJ took the time to share things to do in Fountain Hills as we have just relocated. Great experience! Highly recommend this wonderful Company!!

Louis from Shadrach Plumbing repaired a leaky toilet today. I called Monday morning and was scheduled for first thing this morning. From phone call to meeting Louis this morning was a friendly positive experience.

Shadrach has the best customer service. I called because my heat went out. They set up service for that very morning. PJ replaced a part and maintenanced my unit. Fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They also installed my RO system and maintenance that as well. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Shadrach.

I don’t trust them. Will not work with them again.

Not happy for a few reasons. My initial phone call I explained that we had bought a place and we have a reverse osmosis system that needs full servicing since we had no idea the last time it had been. They came and charged $300 to change the filters.

Keep in mind a new RO system can be purchased for only $200-$1200 depending which you get.

Come to find out after the fact, they should have sanitized it. The technician mentioned that the filters were disgusting and had black stuff on them. That should have told him it definitely needs to be sanitized, also as they were leaving they told us we need a new system. He told us that they saw on the tank that it was 20 years old. But this was after they did the work they should’ve looked into that beforehand instead of just doing the work, and then telling us that we need a whole new system. I told them many times we have no idea how old it is OR the last time it was serviced he should’ve looked at the date on the tank in the first place!

Thats extremely inconvenient for us after we had already paid the $300! It felt like a tactic on their part so that we would have to pay the money and be forced into using them again. ON top of that they charged $800 for a new faucet and it was not a top-of-the-line it was a regular ole Moen that anyone could buy at Home Depot for about $250.

On top of all of that they left and I had to run out to their truck as they were leaving because there were multiple leaks in my sink that weren’t there before. You would think they would’ve at least checked their work. They had to come back in because the part they had replaced wasn’t the actual problem and again this is where the pricing comes to play. They charged me $200 for a little piece that goes inside the faucet whereas an actual faucet itself is not that much more than one piece.

Not happy, and everyone I’ve told this story to has implored me to write a review to warn others about this company.

I had to add a Water Heater to my pantry. I asked the guys to do a nice clean installation because I have to look at it in my pantry everyday. They really did an excellent job. Copper pipes. Beautiful.. I will definitely call them again.

PJ performed a complete AC inspection and tune-up for an older unit that we'd like to keep going for a few more years. He cleaned the coil, replaced an end of life capacitor, and provided an overall assessment of the unit.
He was knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. A good experience.

I highly recommend Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling. They serviced our home today …replaced a toilet wax seal, flushed the hot water heaters, and changed filters and serviced our RO system. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.
