Our A/C went out in the middle of night. After calling multiple 24 hour AC locations, Cactus Valley was the first to respond and get a tech out to us by 9am. Upon arrival, the tech was very professional and explained to us what the issue was. We will definitely be using Cactus Valley moving forward.

Richard was very responsive by telephone and sent Cedric and his team out the next day. The crew arrived when they said they would and explored every possibility to fix an annoying rattling noise we have been hearing through our vents. We were given a couple options to take care of the issue and will make a decision based on quotes received. Covid precautions were taken and Cedric was friendly, caring and considerate.

They have worked on two of our rentals, installed mini splits in our home and our rental, they maintain all of the units, I will never use anyone else.
