Tate's A/C Heating & Cooling, LLC

I can't post a review long enough to explain how much I don't recommend Tate's AC. See yelp/facebook for total review. In a nutshell, Tate's has been servicing my AC unit for a few years, and I have had a repeating issue for 2 years, that they have come out to my house 6 times in the last 13 months alone (and the unit is only on 5-6 months a year). I feel cheated and ripped off, and now am looking for a new AC company.

Awesome job. I had Parker and Son come out and check my A/C and was told that the compressor was going out and I should replace theA/C unit. Wanted to get a second opinion so I called Tates A/C. The tech went up on the roof and after about 15 minutes of checking and testing my A/C he comes down and said that it looks like my capacitor was going bad and recommended a surge protector. A/C is blowing arctic cold and I couldn't recommended them enough. Very Honest and up front. Can't say that for the other guy.

Tate's A/C is always ready to help. Top-notch work and a determination to take care of customers is very apparent. Josh is great to work with - highly recommend!

We have tried multiple times to get an A/C checkup without success. They installed our A/C unit but cannot get any service!

Brad and Brody were incredible; very knowledgeable and detail oriented. This is a trusted company; they never sell you on something you don’t need!

Called them on a Saturday (Labor Day Weekend) and they arrived like they said they would, the next day Sunday. Fixed my problem, had the parts on his truck available to fix the problem, and the tech was really cool and down to earth. Explained the problems and his solutions. Thanks guys.

I have used Tates A/C for several years. They always do an excellent job. Very honest and trustworthy company. I highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and thorough. Always able to resolve my problems in minimal time. They are very busy and a small family run business. Great to deal with because they get to know you and your needs unlike the big impersonal companies.

I miss you so much! I moved to CA and nobody here is as good as you. When I lived in AZ you were my savior. Always saved me money however you could. I appreciate your honest and super quick responses. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best AC company. I will never use a different company for AC repair/maintenance.
