Two men, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, arrived, on-time, ready to fix/replace my system that day, which they accomplished. So far, all is good and cool. I am the most satisfied I have ever been with ANY service callers. Thank you!

1st Choice should have been my first choice, but started w/the company that installed unit less than 1 yr. ago when I got up this A.M. to a 77 degree house. After 5 “no can do’s till tomorrow, 1st Choice came to the rescue! Tori, who took call was very friendly, & James was also. He was very thorough, found the problem, gave us the price, and got it up & running. He explained everything & took pictures of the Freon leaking out of hole in pipe. Definitely service w/a friendly attitude. Makes the pricey tab less painful. The service call was less than what everyone else was charging & was credited to final tab. Definitely recommend!

Jarrod and Jake were very professional and friendly. They did the job efficiently and even updated my rooftop unit with what was needed without upselling what wasn't needed. I joined the club because I plan on using 1st choice mechanical for future needs. Thank you for being a trusted company. I even received my Veterans discount!!

My name is Kim and Over the years I have had several AC companies look at my air conditioning unit and fill it with Freon or tell me that the Freon SR22 would no longer be available and the ONLY option was to replace the unit. I had someone refill the Freon in 2020 and they said that I had a small leak and the coil pans were rusted. I had two separate technicians, this month that added more Freon and told me that the pans were rusty and that I apparently had a big leak in the coil’s… when 1st Choice Mechanical was recommended to me by my son-in-law, Tim came out and did a full assessment and provided a video and pictures of what it looked like in my attic. He explained every option possible for me to repair or replace my air conditioning unit and at the time my home was 88° and had been that way for about a week. Tim suggested replacing the unit, repairing the unit, financing the cost, and several other options. I chose to finance the replacement of the coils where the leak was. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I had no idea that the pans were rusted to this extent. It looked absolutely disgusting and I am so disappointed that no one ever explained the extent of the damage that had taken place in my attic. Tim and Brandon arrived early in the morning and went to work. They checked in with me throughout the entire process. They shop vac’d my carpet and stairs, they wore foot coverings, they were so kind and professional. OMG! This company is amazing and should be on CNN HEROES… I felt so blessed to have them do the repair and I am so thankful to my son in law for the referral. Do not waste your time calling any other company because I can guarantee you that no one is as good or professional, friendly, expedient or experienced as 1st Choice Mechanical

James was on time for the scheduled appointment. Explained to me about what he would be checking for and showed me on my AC unit. Went to the attic (crawl space) and explained to me about the unit up there and about the drainage system. He did not rush and answered any questions I had.

We love 1st Choice! We had James out to do our annual preventative work and he was great! On time, professional, considerate and took time to explain everything he did and saw to us.

Brody and Isaiah did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and installing the new, really cool (no pun intended), programmable thermostat. 1st Choice Mechanical is now the only company I’ll call for our heating and A/C needs!!

I have been using 1st Choice for over a year now to stay on top of regular wear and tear of our A/C and heating units. When we first moved in, they also came and cleaned out all the vents because it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned once in 20 years from the previous owner.

Every employee I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Specifically, Jared, who has come out the past 2 times, is a top tier employee!

James and his associate did a very thorough evaluation of our system and gave an extensive assessment of our on roof AC unit. With pictures and clear explanations of everything I feel very confident in future work on our older system.
